5 ★I love that Homesnap automates my promotions. I don't have to do a thing and leads come rolling in every time I list or sell a house. It's up to me to be sure I follow up beyond the initial auto messages that they send. I can go in and change my default settings anytime, such as how much I want to spend on each ad and which platforms I want to advertise on.
2 ★The app takes a long time to open and load up for use. This is whether you've been using it to search listings or whether you are opening it for the first time that day. The information isn't as thorough as I'd like. I can't always tell whether a house is all electric or gas/electric. Though it does list a bit of the purchase/rental history of the listing, it doesn't show you other houses in the neighborhood and the value or se price. Searching via scrolling on the map is pretty straightforwa
2 ★Has all the information I need, but I know the Apple version is infinitely better to use. The map is finicky, scrolling isn't smooth anywhere and the "friends" feature just barely works.
1 ★Garbage. Back to Zillow. -All my feedback has changed nothing. -Often takes forever to load (Android or iPad) even after using it 5 min before, very frustrating when a client can use Zillow to get information before you. Tried reinstalling numerous times. -Takes forever to update. My new listing still shows an open house and previous pics when I deleted the open house and updated pics 4 days ago. - Often shows wrong location for homes, even when MLS shows correctly (supposed to pull from MLS).
5 ★I highly recommend using Homesnap! This app is so convenient for REALTORS! The fact, I can just take a picture of a property and all of the homes information will pull up, on my device; is so convenient for my Real Estate practice. Not to mention: being a Homesnap Plus member has great benefits.It has helped, my Google Business page to generate more leads. It makes my advertising practices almost effortless. The app does everything for me! I highly recommend, using the Homesnap app!!!!!!!
2 ★All the realtors love this app. Only works moderatly well if you dont have Pro. Clunky maps, poor scrolling and a difficult interface. No side scrolling on maps, bubble only options and double taps are now a tripple to get a response. Realtors get updated info, butt not regular shoppers. Are you looking for a certain number of rooms or chriteria? Tough! The map interface will auto delete every time you try to modify chriteria. Other programs are easier to navigate (zillo and truila) C-
5 ★Great App. I use it daily for my real estate business, to look up properties on the go, save searches, receive property alerts, and view my marketing campaigns. Even quickly view property boundaries and comparable properties on the fly. Too many features to list. Great tool to have.
1 ★Trying to sign up for app using a strong wifi signal and full battery charge; I received the confirmation email, but the app will not open (not from the email link nor the downloaded app icon). Stuck on the loading page. I've tried to open multiple times.
1 ★It used to be my favorite app. But sadly, it takes forever to load. I have to uninstall and install the pro version multiple times a day, just to look up 2 properties and back to a "loading" screen. It's a shame

2 ★You cannot copy/ paste information! LIKE THE ADDRESS! Why is there not an easy way to copy addresses?! Also when searching for an address in your local MLS is searches the entire flipping United States! Why can't you just focus on a particular area. I'm not really a fan.
2 ★Just does not perform well. Properties that populate in my mls desktop feed do not show up here or show off market. When looking in showing time or RPR, I can find the property. It is not very user friendly either for layout or filtering. Not a fan. Miss the old RCO3 app.
