Description
Permet d'afficher en fonction de sa position géographique ou une zone définie les transactions foncières mise à disposition dans la base DVF (Demandes de Valeur Foncière) mise en open data par la DGFiP.Cette application gratuite est la plus complète en termes de données historiques sur les ventes immobilières et dispose également des données cadastres : la parcelle dépendant de la date de vente, toutes parcelles de la zone, ainsi que les bâtiments.
Les bâtiments sont au plus récent, aucune gestion d'historique n'étant possible en l'état des données fournies.
Des mises à jour viendront compléter les informations actuelles pour fournir les types de terrains lors des ventes ainsi que pour obtenir des informations sur n'importe quelle parcelle.

L'application n'affiche pas de publicités et est gratuite actuellement, la cible est de rester gratuit. Si jamais la gestion de l'infrastructure (plus de 100Go de données tout de même) le nécessite des publicités discrètes pourraient être ajoutée.
