Cuida Molina, es una aplicación del AYUNTAMIENTO DE MOLINA DE SEGURA y SERCOMOSA que permite a los ciudadanos notificar avisos de incidencias en la vía pública, en todo el término municipal.Con Cuida Molina, se activa la colaboración ciudadana para mantener y mejorar la ciudad. Ahora, comunicar avisos sobre roturas en la red de agua, estado de un contenedor, limpieza en una calle o jardín, caídas de señales de tráfico o apagados en las luminarias, es fácil y sencillo. El ciudadano podrá revisar en Cuida Molina si sus incidencias están resueltas o en proceso desde cualquier lugar.
Una vez descargada la app, es obligatorio realizar el registro a través de email en el cual se recibirá un enlace para activar la aplicación y comenzar a usarla. Puede seleccionar el servicio (Agua, Limpieza, Alumbrado Público, Jardines, etc. ), tipo de incidencia a notificar, localizarla mediante el GPS de su terminal, y hasta fotografiarla, e inmediatamente los servicios municipales de Molina de Segura recibirán la notificación, se determinará la urgencia de su actuación y se procederá a su solución.
Las incidencias serán gestionadas conjuntamente entre el AYUNTAMIENTO DE MOLINA DE SEGURA y SERCOMOSA.
