2 ★Device GT51 4G. The instructions say that in the event of a fall, or a false alarm about a fall, I have 15 seconds to cancel sending a notification to the guardian. However this does not work, the notification is sent. There is a solution? After all, the tracker cannot be used with constant false signals.

1 ★Useless app. Does not show panic notificationns. SMS notificationss can take 20 mins and some times comes in Chinese showing location in china.

2 ★It used to work fine until a gee days ago, the app doesn't open anymore saying "Network connection failed" even though the network works perfectly fine with another app. It has a very slow response regarding the location when first open the app and even on a one time request it doesn't show where the person is immediately.
