1 ★I finally received it after weeks of waiting. I WILL BE REQUESTING A REFUND & RETURNING IT ASAP !!!Doesn't work AT ALL !!! I should have known better: YOU CAN'T CALL ANYWHERE, ONLY EMAIL!! The instructions & packing slip could be made by a 5th grader. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
5 ★It comes free with yr tracker is v simple but shows all you need to know quickly. To use sms add commands to fast txt list for quick sending. You only need a username if you have multiple trackers, send email to support with some usernames a password and list of device IDs but dont rely on the label one of mine was wrong (send txt dsp#). They could do with a app to track phones too though.. Happy tracking..

1 ★I use it with a RF-V22 GPS watch. Main issues with this app: - it cannot be moved to SD card. - to bind it with the device it was not easy at all. Ended using SMS sent to the device, to later be able to bind with the app. - offers username as ID device for login, but it only accepts ID device. - Despite it ended up working, you never knows when the app will show again "Current device is offline: can't send commands". Sometimes I got it working back after reinstalling it and binding it again with my device, but it has been impossible since some days. - The app is made for internet only. Since these devices are controlled by SMS as well as APN, the app should allow and provide basic functions based on SMS (turn off, ask for URL, remote monitoring call, etc). But the app cannot even send a SMS like "URL#", because it requests to login while being connected to the internet. The app should just open with or without internet and adjust the allowed buttons accordingly (e.g. graying disabled). - design makes no sense. It even has two buttons with "settings" and wastes space in the lower section of the screen with images of devices behaving as buttons that is unclear what they do.
