Description
UNICEF supported development of USI BD Central MIS for the Government and Salt Millers for documenting and monitoring the Universal Salt Iodization (USI) Program. It is a web-based MIS tool with dynamic features, provides the real-time data at a glance on registration status of mills, production of iodized and industrial salt, day to day internal quality assurance and quality control of iodized salt, quality control by regulatory bodies, procurement and utilization of potassium iodate and coverage of iodized salt throughout the country.The USI BD app has been developed to input all data quickly and easily to the central MIS through Smart Phone by the registered miller and their respective user. The inputted data will be synchronized into the central web-based MIS application through the USI BD app. The below features are following in the USI BD app:
