Download the free OKC Utilities app. Pay your bill, or view your account summary and usage at your convenience.
To use the OKC Utilities app your billing account should link to your okc.gov profile. To do so, go to Utility Customer Service at https://www.okc.gov/water/service/forms/welcome.aspx.
If you already have a registered utility account, you are welcome to use the mobile application.

1 ★Android 10 freezing at login!!! When are you guys going to fix????

1 ★When I first downloaded the app it worked fine for a few months. Now, I can't get it to move. The "cancel" button is always depressed and it won't move. This app is SORRY!

1 ★this app is pointless doesn't allow log in, if it allows you to press the button, it says your credentials are wrong I even had a problem with their website. They need to hire a different developer

1 ★App is a joke. No work out into making a real app here. Can't move past the first screen. The city of okc is making it hard for its citizens to make payments! No customer service to make a payment. Apps don't work, looks like it's business as usual at the city.
