1 ★Nothing seems to work properly. I get notifications hours after my son tried to get on a website.Say to give permission on my sons phone & I do, still nothing works.This was ok for a few months, but just OK. Now it is junk. The only thing works is stopping him from going to sites I put into the app.If I don't know the site, I am out of luck.Then I get notified in the middle of the night, while he is in school or when he is sitting next to me & doesn't have his phone. Don't waste your money
1 ★Terrible app, when you goto try their 7 day trail you goto cancel it in their app and takes you to support page to right a help request, they don't cancel your membership and still take out money. STAY CLEAR OF THIS APP WORST I HAVE USED.
1 ★Stopped supporting the old app. But New app comes with significantly more limited features that are harder to use and don't actually let you monitor much other than the basics that every other app allows. This isn't helpful when the child you are monitoring is tech savy. Won't be continuing to use this app.
1 ★They should clearly state that all family members must have iPhone OR Android on the basic info. Totally useless for my family.

1 ★I feel the app was falsely advertised so I canceled service the same day I paid for it. I have been waiting for my refund and it has now been 2 weeks with no resolution. I have given them all the information they have requested for a refund and yet they cannot produce a number for me to call nor have they given my money back after emails going back and forth there has been zero resolution. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
1 ★I tried to cancel my membership a few hours after I tried to set up my new son's iPhone. I own Android and clearing said that they were not compatible, so I have to look for another application to be able to put time limits on his iPhone. Si, now I have received an email saying that I won't get a refund of $59.99. When I canceled, I especially mentioned that the Android and iPhone were not compatible.
