If you don't find it or if it doesn't work, open the settings of your launcher and apply the icon pack from its own options.
Note: some launchers are not compatible with the "Apply" feature or doesn't support icon packs at all. Not my fault :-)

How to install WhitArt Icon Pack APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download WhitArt Icon Pack APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
