1 ★The app doesn't work. Even when given all permissions I am repeatedly prompted for location.

1 ★Have used this once. Every time have I have tried to use it since I get some "piracy" error. So basically I spent alot of money on a TENS device that is run by this app and it is unusable. I will be returning this shortly and deleting the app . 100% waste of time and money

1 ★The app worked once. When I went tobyse it a second time I got notices in broken English about device piracy. This unit has been out of the box less than 24 hours.

1 ★My simusi equipment will not work with the phone app.

1 ★Horribly designed app. After one day of use, the app refuses to work with the Tens device for which it is made to control. A vague error message appears, complaining about "...piracy use genuine..." the rest is cut off. I literally haven't changed anything, still using the tens pads which came with the tens device.

1 ★Initially worked great on first use. Subsequent uses of my device didn't work, as the app claimed my devices were pirated and refused to initiate a session.
