1 ★Worthless. This is the most conveluded piece of software trash I have ever had to use. If you can avoid using this app do yourself a favor and do so.
4 ★**changed review, issues were fixed after update!** Normally quite like this app, but seems that now i don't get all of the text notifications i should for new messages, i don't get the email notifications at all i think, and i can't save pictures that my child's teacher has sent me. It tries but then says "download unsuccessful". This is on my Samsung phone. The app on iPad seems fine though, and seems to do all things with no problem.
2 ★Great in concept, but terrible to use. The user interface is confusing and counter-intuitive. Finding content is nearly impossible and that is even before considering that much important content (like what homework to do!) is only accessible through a separate app for kids. Finally, content loads very slowly, if it loads at all.
3 ★This app is helpful in many ways. The most helpful for us is the communication with teachers and posting if photos for assignments. I don't like that I don't get regular app notifications one where I get a dot or pop up on the screen. It used to🤷. I still really like the app.
2 ★I can't seem to save any of my kids pictures posted by their teachers. I started off being able to but now it never works. Checked app permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works to fix it.
1 ★The app itself is a bit clunky but fine. What I don't like is that I don't get any push or text notifications, despite that they used to work and now I get none and miss my schools communications. Not happy.
1 ★The app is only allows you to see the work submitted your child or message with teachers. I am unable to view new or pending assignments for my child. It is a feature not built into the parent app and only viewable on the student seesaw app. If my child receives assignments on seesaw, then I should be able to view those on the parent seesaw app as well so I can help with her task management. Please consider adding this feature.
1 ★I have had non stop issue with getting notifications from it... been using for about a 1 and a half now and have never been able to resolve it!!
4 ★I'm now getting the notifications again. And I can download the pictures. Wow! Thanks for resolving that issue! Been using this app since August and have never been able to save pictures.
1 ★Good but no notifications are pushed, which is critical for this app. Unless you open the app and refresh the Inbox, no notification is received. Email notifications does work.
3 ★So as per everybody else, up until a week ago I wasnt getting any notifications at all even though (in vain) I had ticked both SMS and 'push' notifications. Finally you've fixed this problem, but now I don't require getting 2 notifications for the same message so I have unticked SMS. However, I keep getting SMS's!!! Very frustrating!!!
2 ★It's really in need of a search function. Between journals and inbox I can't remember which teacher sent me what and when. A search function is a must.
