Welcome to Lake Monticello Golf Course, thoughtfully designed by Buddy Loving. Lake Monticello is open to the public and located in Fluvanna County, a short drive, east of Charlottesville. You will experience quality course conditions maintained by Indigo Golf Partners.
The new Fairway Clubhouse features a brand new golf shop and full-service restaurant. Enjoy a meal or a drink outside on the terrace overlooking the beautiful 18th hole.
Newly renovated practice facilities feature an expanded grass hitting area along with brand new artificial, real feel t-line turf.
Lake Monticello's beautiful 18-hole, par 72 golf course is ideal for golfers of all skill levels. The course was thoughtfully designed five decades ago by Buddy Loving to take advantage of the natural contours and features of Piedmont Virginia's lovely rolling landscape. Everyone is welcome to enjoy golf at Lake Monticello, for the day or all year long.
Lake Monticello's 6,930-yard course features eight sets of tees. The Course offers state-of-the-art electric golf carts but walking is permitted. Tees and fairways are predominantly Bermuda grass, with bent grass greens.
2018 Falconers Invitational Champion and famed sports psychologist, Bob Rotella, called Lake Monticello's golf course from the Blue tees "the best layout in Virginia".
