Meet your new Game Master. The free HeroQuest Companion App allows you to run your next tabletop game session so everyone can play as heroes! The app takes on the role of Zargon using the onscreen quest map.Additional features include:

Download HeroQuest - Companion App APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.hasbro.HeroQuest-v3.1-ApkClean.apk)

Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

3 ★It's good but could be great. Some annoying bugs on Android. No sound when casting to tv (works on an Iphone but not on Pixel 6). Rogue and Veil of Mist don't work in the app. Landscape mode is good but moving your character is almost impossible (it moves the map instead), making landscape mode pretty much useless. Monk Speak with Stone don't seem to work and searches for treasure (which it shouldn't) but don't tell you to draw a card... Like I said could be great, but not in it's current state
4 ★This app is great for those who want to play Heroquest solo or with few players. The App is easy to use and very 'hands off' which is great! I was able to play with my young daughter and let the app be the villain. It's flexible enough that I could bend the rules without there being any problems. I would give this 5 stars except the sound does not work on my Samsung A13, but I've read this is a common issue so it's one that I can live with. If it gets fixed, it would easily be a 5 star app!
4 ★So far so good with a few exceptions: Rogue ability to pass through enemies seems to have stopped working. Also, for those of us with fat fingers, it would be nice to be able to move enemies as needed to correct actual board game state irl.
4 ★I am enjoying the app so far. Zargon AI could be smarter - monsters chasing the heroes into a doorway where they line up to get killed... When they could try to flank the heroes or cut them off from the objectives. Voice acting is amazing and the flexibility of the app is good! Update - Feels better with the advance monster and the attack the weak settings! Would like a way to get the heroes back to the stairs more easily as moving them one by one on the app drags out the game unnecessarily.
2 ★This app still has no sound whatsoever on the Samsung Galaxy A13. I've reinstalled it, cleared the cache, and restarted the device. Using Bluetooth earbuds or wired earphones is the same. No sound. This kinda ruins the experience and enjoyment when playing HeroQuest along with this companion. I've been a fan of the game since its original release a long time ago. It would be 100% if this issue could be resolved. I sent an email to the address listed on this app to report the sound issue.
3 ★Since the last update the extra map tunnels of xor El doesn't work. It didn't take the safe as well as the map doesn't open after the intro text any longer Otherwise I played through the original campaign with my family and we enjoyed it immensely. We like the voice of zargon and other sound effects. It's great that this way nobody has to play as zargon.
5 ★The HeroQuest Companion App is EXCELLENT! Just what I've been looking for! Teaching my kids to play and I didn't want to be Zargon (the bad guy) against them, and this app let us play together instead of against each other. Makes set up a breeze, andtl tracks game progression making it easy to step away and play again later! Love it!
5 ★This app is awesome. The weakness of Heroquest is that one person didn't get to play. With this app, we all got to play. It was a blast! It's not perfect... Couldn't figure out how to kill characters and the monsters almost always hit, at least once. But, I very much appreciate not having to play Zargan. Thanks!
5 ★The app works great, though I feel a huge quality of life upgrade (QoL) would be to include a quest clear button so you don't have to drag everyone's piece all the way back to the stairs/exit door. Can we please get that in a future upgrade??
4 ★Pretty great! Reliving my childhood favorite game with my son using the app. Achievements have been suggested by others but needs to be repeated. Also, please allow for custom icons for the heroes. It'd be cool to have the icon match proxy minis for those players that didn't get a druid for example. Also would be fun to have my photo and sons photo for icons to our respective characters (obviously barbarian and dwarf). BRODE SWODE!
2 ★Great app to go with the game, own all current experiences. Would rate much higher but has no sound, and freezes on a brand new Samsung Galaxy TAB A8.
2 ★Rogue moves not working Ruins the experience somewhat. App is ok but so many bugs making a big impact on gameplay.
