3 ★I cancelled my 7 day free trial in time so hopefully they will not charge me, i just need to keep an eye on my bank account. For those people who subscribed the 7 day free trial, you can cancel by going back to your email and find the google receipt for it and there, you can click manage subscription. Their instruction to cancel wasn't clear at all and you can't cancel by logging in to their app. You need to check the google receipt in your email.
1 ★Totally useless because I cannot input correct age. I have been trying for two months to set up this app and customer support isn't being helpful at all- they stopped responding. The assessment perpetually makes my son two years older than he is, and the only way to set the age is to go through the assessment process all over again in the hopes that the age sticks. But it doesn't. It still changes to two years older, which makes all of the goals and questions inapplicable. Very disappointed.
2 ★I was really excited about this app but as said below, you can find what's on this app on YouTube, free. This app was disappointing when I was really excited for it. My frustration stems from the fact that it is nearly impossible to cancel unless you email them. I just sent my email to cancel a little bit ago. I have two young children, the last thing I want to do is add one more thing to my plate, I'm waiting and looking for an email that who knows when it'll arrive.
1 ★After reading a lot of reviews I decided not to go with the "free trial" so they say. What developer instead of giving you a limited range trial through the app decides to try and jump straight in your pocket. Like just make it so you can use the app for a day or two. Don't just assume it's ok to blindly trick ppl into a subscription based service...
5 ★100 percent worth the money. All of the other apps rely too heavily on songs and videos my kid watches on a loop instead of practicing skills. Even the apps I would rate highly fall into this problem, and don't have a verbal element for the kids to actively speak. This one feels almost like having a speech therapist in the room. It also rewards the kids by unlocking very short mindless games on a timer so they don't get frustrated and switch to an easier app when you're not looking.
4 ★Update it is now fixed! I previously rated this 5 stars because it's an excellent app but now it does not work at all. You can't get into it it says cannot connect to server but everthing else in my phone has no problem connecting to the server. And i'm not paying for this by the month I paid for years worth of it which I still have about half left of. This is extremely disappointing as it has been working out very well for my daughter and I was looking forward to using it with my son.
4 ★The graphics and interaction is great for little ones. Loading times are very unoptimized though and so load screens take a while (not great with attention deficit toddlers 😂)
1 ★I didn't want to start the free trial immediately as my son was napping so I toggled the timer off. Then about 10 mins later I got a notification that there were 5 mins left of the trial, so I opens the app and re-toggled it to the off position. A few hours later I went to try it with my son and my 15 mins were up. This is a huge scammy red flag for me. If you can't manage a 15 min trial, you can't have my cc info.
5 ★I am so glad it's working again my son to be one year old absolutely loves this app. He could be engaged in something, but as soon as the intro comes on to the app he just lights up and runs for the phone. It so amazing to watch him play and see how smart he is getting from this app!!
1 ★Since the last update constantly crashes, stuck on loading screens, it is unplayable/usable. Very disappointing because my son loved this app prior to it not working.
1 ★Poor teaching techniques. Should show mouthing of the words when asking kids to repeat. Instead you just get a glitchy picture of a kid who is not visually saying the word at all.
2 ★App is not working and I got it for my autistic son who is 3 but everytime we attempted to utilize it, it shows an error and I've tried to uninstall the app and install it again, attempt was futile. Not sure what to do at this time.
