1 ★This game continues to go downhill. The "help" ticket option is inadequate, either they do not care or improving the game is too much effort. This game states it is a pVp game, this is no longer the case as it revolves around hitting a 'epic battle' not player v player based as it states. The in game moderating is deeply one sided and is making the game unfair to players. If you are a new player looking for a game to play, keep on looking, this game is not built to support new players.
4 ★Good game but it needs alot more clan based activity rewards to stop clan hopping, 3 quick ideas for example: sign in to the same clan 7 days in a row for 50 silver bars, 14 days in a row for 200, 30 for 500. Or complete 5k actions in the same clan for 50 silver bars, 20k for 200, 50k for 500, reset monthly. Or clan leaders could even gift, say, a small 2% eb plunder bonus by marking their members as clan perm's in some way, or even up to 5% for premiums eb's, if completed in their home clans.
1 ★Summary: All about money, no fair play: AVOID Unless you feel like sinking LOTS of money into this game, STAY AWAY. The devs don't investigate claims of hacking and have 100% geared the game towards paid players. If you are a free player you will NEVER be relevant. Events are rigged so free players cannot be competitive (not even remotely) let alone win an event. Game has potential however devs need to take responsibility when their system is hacked and give free players a fair chance!
1 ★Probably one of the worst games and companies regarding support. There is only in game support, which rarely works. Individuals are randomly banned with no explanation, while real world trading for cash, which is widely known about by the devs, is completely ignored. Atleast half of the leader board top 50 has sold accounts(which is bannable). Users regularly sell charms and accounts on the app "line" aswell, where even moderators participate. Theres a 500 character limit. TLDR: Do NOT Download
1 ★There is a bug to where I cant see my aqua or inferno without having to buy it. I noticed i was at 0, and thought "Impossible". I save it. So I went to buy 5 just to see if I was really down to 0, and poof, 1,400 magically appeared. It has to be a glitch.
1 ★Moderators allow people to scam and say that it's okay, extremely pay to win as well. No one ever wants to help you and the player base dwindles by the hundred every month. An awful outdated game ran by money hungry devs that don't listen to what the people want and constantly ask for. People in world chat admitting to scamming and nothing gets done and thousands of players real world trading destroying the games economy as the days go by. Play a different game.
5 ★I have played kaw for 8 years I love the game . My major issue is the developers not getting bk to you. IV been waiting 2 weeks constant tickets being closed over a serious matte. It's got that bad IV had to contact Google for there help as the developers do not reply. As for contacting Google they agree with the evidence I provided to them there is a serious problem. And have even tried to contact the developers themselves which I hope works and I finally get my problem sorted.

1 ★I have played this for 10 years +. In all my time I have never seen a game so corrupt, developers so biased nor moderators so unmoderated.. Until now.. If you are into racketeering, cyberbullying, stalking or otherwise making a profit in 3rd party apps selling accounts and charms for cash, well buddy this game is for you!
1 ★As a player for 7 years they have data breached personal data via a glitch in new forums then denied all responsibility for players who got hacked saying there system is as secure as banks. If ya choose to play don't spend a dime but you cant get on without it. Used to be decent but devs should fully restore accounts impacted by there data breach and inform players of measures taken to inprove security. My rating will change if concerns of kawmunity are taken seriously
5 ★Please fix the issue with the market scrolling to the top when making purchases as well as the issue with "invalid session" when trying to send feedback? Thanks. Will give 5 stars when the current issues are corrected. No, unistalling does not correct the problem.
