2 ★Don't waste your time. Developers are more interested in making new servers than maintaining existing ones. Quests never reset. Any leftover items from events just sit in your inventory because they don't offer any exchanges. Have been promising an update for over a year now that never comes. There is no regular maintenance on any servers. Only time maintenance comes is when servers crash. I used to LOVE this game but now...
3 ★I'm giving it a 3 because this game really needs class change. To where we spend money to convert are class over to whatever class we want but keep all our lvl gear and stuff. Just put a limit on ppl who cant do it if they will be in top 10 of the class. We really need class change. No one wants to spend all the time and money to just not like the class but dont want to start from scratch. It's very time consuming and we would rather have class change rather than waste a huge chunk of our time.
1 ★I think there customer support is just a big fat joke. I Have a lvl 79 account. this account i made in 2017. i got a new phone and have not played since then. i forgot my password to the account. but i dont remember the server i was on. like i would remember after almost 2 damn years. i gave them all the info needed except the server. I Feel i just got $400+ stolen from me because they claim they cant do anything with out server info. its outrages and they need a way better account recovery.
1 ★love this game but low rating is because I can no longer play for some reason! the app opens up fine and I log in fine then when I click the sever I want to log in to it starts to load but gets stuck at the end then says there's something wrong with the network connection and please try again but my connection is perfect
2 ★okay as a game but most games that are extremely reliant on player investment die pretty quick. theres always barriers in the game that might encourage people to cash and hence keep the game alive but it also discourages many people. the net result is few players last and are good and server becomes dead. need to be more incentive to encourage people to play and improve their battle rating. otherwise people wont bother. and we have a pyramid like structure where top few have no one to play with
5 ★Fix the sound effect and BG music, BGM is nice if you copy it to the wartune r2games
3 ★When there's problem, there's always the usual cut & paste reply from developers. Been playing the game for years kinda admit loved the game a lot but recently wartune getting more problems and compensation given is lame. People buy good devices and gadgets just to get the best gaming experience throughout the game, some even cash in on recharge for events. Being not able to login the game for almost half a week really is unacceptable. Come on wartune do something. eBlaze server 107.

1 ★Havent been able to get into battle ground ever since ur stupid update. They need to leave the game alone. IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT.
4 ★Having my first major issue with the game. I'm LVL 76, and I've been grinding to gain experience. Earlier today I saw I was 7% of the way to 77, but when I just logged in, I've gone down to 1%, and the experience I earned is gone. Glitch? Am I not doing something right? I don't want to grind if I can't keep my progress.
4 ★I just started playing and wanted to change the name. When I clicked change nothing happens. Please advise how to get it done. Thank you.
