1 ★It would be a lot better if I could set up an auto replenish on a set schedule instead of a balance. Also, it would be nice if I could set ONE reminder and NOT every single notification. It's 2023. Let's get with the times amd make this parent friendly.

1 ★This application is extremely poor. I can't even locate my daughters school to pay the fee for her morning care. Whatever they did to upgrade the application just broke the damn thing. I've used the old version since 2020 never had an issue until 2023 they decide to update the damn thing. It doesn't even deserve a star!

1 ★This app I used to check my kids balance at school. All of a sudden it went missing from my phone and when I tried to open it it won't give me the option. All it says is Uninstall.

1 ★I can never log in. All I want to do is put money on my kids lunch account and yet I can never get in. Always an "update" but never gives the option to update. Always gives me the spining for 30 min before I give up.

1 ★Everytime I go to log in I have to update. Now all that pops up is Uninstal ap? I would never use this ap to pay anything because of its unreliability. Who knows who would get my info. I will be glad when my son graduates and I don't have to use this ap again.

1 ★I have the same issue as other users. The mobile app tells you there's an updated version but link doesn't work to update nor is updated on the Play Store. Makes you have to log in every single time and works I'd web platform. App, although, is mobile is flunky. Definitely not user friendly.

1 ★This app is horrible. Daughter is starting school today and app is telling me to update but when you click on the link there is an error. Google play has no update for this app however there is a different version. Downloaded that but won't send me the email when I try and reset password.
