Description
UK Weather offers quality Weather Forecasts for locations around all UK and also map based forecasts including Rain Radar and satellite imagery.All information is displayed using the very latest Met Office Data on your phone or tablet.
Forecast information is displayed in tabulated form for your local town or city and is also shown with any current Weather Warnings on real MetOffice maps covering both your region and the whole UK.
In addition, your favourite towns or regions can be saved in a readily available list to quickly access the Maps, Weather Warnings or Weather Data most important to you, while you are also alerted with Weather Warnings from your current location on your phone’s notification bar.
Easy access to the Met Office’s Rain Radar, Visible cloud and Infrared cloud overlays over google maps is also provided.

5 ★It does all i want it to do. I've got the Met Office on my HTC phone which is just fine, but this didn't work on my Asus Tablet. This is great on both my phone and Samsung Galaxy tablet
5 ★I have used this app (the paid-for version) for years now and am yet to find anything better. The maps section is perfect with its met office radar/future rain overlay for next 36 hours, satellite, temperature, lightning etc. And then there's the user friendly forecast/warnings and handy widgets on top of all that. Overall a great package that I was happy to pay a small amount for. Don't bother with any other weather apps; this + the BBC one and you're sorted.
2 ★I love England and love to follow the weather . I live in Canada but would like to live in England. I recently visited the UK and fell in love with the country and the people . The weather app just let's me keep in touch with the country I love. Great App!
5 ★Wonderful clarity of information. Don't bother going anywhere else for UK weather - this is streets ahead and pulls all the data direct from the Met Office.

5 ★Nice detail, colourful. Alarms. I recommend the US version which is useful to monitor destinations like Death Valley and The Grand Canyon, experiencing extreme heat. We love the US !
3 ★Its good but, interface is tired and disjointed. It could be so much better.
1 ★Utter rubbish! At the moment, the App. is suggesting there's a (small) probability of rain at about 11pm tonight. Main TV forecast, and local, BOTH just said "clear, frosty and foggy", absolutely NO rain mentioned. Also, this App. gives expected temps. for some days ahead, but is far too precise to ever be accurate: i.e.instead of saying, for example, next Tues. it will be 7C, it says something like 6.4C. NO weather forecast service can/will predict this sort of accuracy! It's ALWAYS given to the NEAREST WHOLE degree C. Uninstalled!
3 ★Can someone please point me to a picture of the widget that shows the weather for the next 8 - 10 hours. That is all I would like to know - whether I need to take a coat or umbrella! All these apps provide loads of info but don't meet my needs!
4 ★Possibly the best for UK weather. I do wonder though why the severe weather alerts cover so much of the country rather than my region.
