5 ★Hello everyone, I'm writing this review after using this product three months. This product is easy to install and easy to use, everyone can easily access your vehicle's location, engine alerts, engine reports and many more. Mobile App is very simple and easy to use. Just plug into OBD port of your vehicle, complete signup and now this product is ready to use. Anyone can easily track their vehicle location, current speed.
5 ★Super product. Outstanding performance. Easy to use. I still have to use all the features, but whatever I have used, for the past 3 months, is simply great. Could do with a few minor tweeks, but I guess it is a matter of personal preference. Overall, good value for your money & very useful for daily use and especially for long distance travel. Highly recommended !!
1 ★This device uses Vodafone sim. The coverage of Vodafone network is patchy and is limited to National highways only, the moment you step outside the NH roads, this device is of no use, it simply won't track. What's the usility of a device which is limited to only major places ?? The display interface is archaic, you can't zoom in/out with ease.
5 ★One of the best car GPS tracker I have found while exploring the internet exorbitantly. It works as said and as expected, everything available from live tracking, alerts, reports, statistics. The team really responds well for the queries and time to time they do upgrade with new features.Really worth spending money and put it in any car who needs tracking is must for them to analyse of the car usage if it is given to third person (driver).
4 ★Awesome product, does what it supposed to do. Only 1 drawback, this does not use google maps and hence if stolen navigation to your car is impossible. I went to some unknown place and parked it a bit far but while returning app could not help me to navigate back. Hence 1 star less. Additionally it would be good if engine scan was periodic instead of only user initiated.
1 ★The device works initially but later we repent as their customer service is SO VERY POOR. Should have given less than 0 marks on a scale of 100. Its only a business and nothing else as they can operate the device at their end they can easily switch off the device and We feel the device is not functioning,then we sent it to them and they charge an amount for it.Then they don't bother if the device works or not.The WORST is they Don't add to your subscription for this meantime and their stupidity
2 ★I bought it for my texi cab. But map experience is not up to the mark. Some time it's not working properly. And we cant move or zoom in particular area of Google map which we want. It has limited area zoom in zoom out facility. They must improve that.
1 ★I wonder how it got good ratings.. May be only friends and family... Never mind here is the truth... Like uber these guys are also only chat support.. You know why?.. If not they would be bombarded with calls... The device is useless if your car goes into shelter forget about the building... It wont wake up until hours after the car starts... Customer care was wonderful initially but after your return period is over... Your honeymoon period is done... They show their true colors... Just avoid all this nonsense
5 ★New Update 2 - Thanks for updating report extract and document walletoption. New Update-1 (Real time location sharing) feature is really an awesome feature. Keep it up guys. Everything is good but their is one problem. When i try to upload the documents in Document Wallet, the app crashed automatically. Zyme Team-Request you to please resolve the issue. I already mailed you many time.
2 ★The device worked perfectly for a year. However after renewing, all tracking updates started to come 12 hours after the event. Support has been dismally unresponsive. I've given up hope on getting it to work.
1 ★Second time contacted Zyme Pro Costmer Care for resolving my issue for getting delayed update location after two days of my ride. They couldn't resolve the issue. After use of 6 months I am facing this problem. If they can't provide services of their products then why the buyer will subscribe or purchase their product. If you guys want to purchase, then you may purchase it on "RAM BHAROSE". I NEVER RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT.
5 ★Its a accurate and realtime tracking device and app. I loved it very much. Every personal or commercial vehicle users must use this device to monitor their vehicles. Value for money. Great experience and reports. Only one suggestion : theft alert must have a long duration ringing tone.
