Description
This app allows you to easily and quickly record all of your bird observations as well as several other taxonomic groups (mammals, reptiles, amphibians, butterflies, dragonflies, etc...) in Europe and worldwide.The system is able to synchronize records with local platforms if available (for example http://www.ornitho.ch, http://www.ornitho.it, http://www.ornitho.de, http://www.ornitho.fr, http://www.ornitho.at, http://www.ornitho.cat, see full list in general terms). This way you only need one app to record all of your nature observations, wherever you are on the move.
An offline mapping tool is provided to allow recording even when there are no mobile networks available.
The app also allows you to see all recently recorded observations in your vicinity (online only).
NaturaList is recommended by the EBCC (European Bird Census Council) for use with the EBBA2 (European Breeding Bird Atlas 2) project.
