BeBa è l'APP che l’Azienda USL – IRCCS di Reggio Emilia, in collaborazione con l’Università di Bologna e la società Lepida SCPA ha realizzato per facilitare la relazione genitore-pediatra per la promozione di sani stili di vita e la prevenzione del sovrappeso e dell’obesità infantile.La APP ha come target principale i genitori di bambini da 0 a 13/14 anni ed è suddivisa in 5 principali “argomenti”:
- Guide/News: sono state create delle guide anticipatorie e delle news con consigli e informazioni riguardanti il bambino e la sua crescita.
- Attività fisica: è implementata una mappa delle opportunità che segnala le possibilità di attività fisica organizzata e non organizzata presenti sul territorio.
- Alimentazione: sono presenti ricette sane e varie che è possibile consultare e selezionare. In base ai principali alimenti consumati durante i pasti, la App consiglia ricette adatte a completare la dieta in modo equilibrato.
- Cosa fare: fornisce informazioni su come agire in caso di patologie e/o incidenti
- BMInforma: una parte della App consente alle famiglie con bambini all’interno del programma BMInforma (Bambini Molto In Forma, percorso di counseling motivazionale che i PLS conducono nei loro ambulatori con le bambine sovrappeso) di accedere ad una sezione per rafforzare la loro motivazione e il loro coinvolgimento
