تهدف مؤسسة الرؤيا الفلسطينية من خلال "درب" على مساعدة الطالب/ة على تحديد وجهته/ا المهنية، وتقديم المعرفة والتوجيه للأهالي والمرشدين/المرشدات لمساندة الطلبة في تحديد مسارهم المهني.أعدّ "درب" كي يستفيد منه الطلبة، الأهالي، المرشدين/المرشدات، وكل باحث/ة ومهتم/ة في مجال التوجيه والإرشاد المهني والتقني، وبطريقة الكرتونية يُمكّن لمستخدمي الدرب الوصول إلى الوسائل والأدوات التي سترافقكم في رحلة تحديد مستقبلكم المهني، مثل، الوصف عن المهن، المنح، التعلم الذاتي، الدراسات والإحصائيات، التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني، المستويات المهنية.
