Description

You wake up in the medical bay of a spaceship with no memory of who you're, who put you there, and why. When you explore the spaceship, you realize that you're not alone. You meet strangers claiming that they too, have lost their memories. Are they friends or foes? Who is the mastermind? Are you in purgatory?

Hyper Rift is a visual gamebook adventure that draws inspirations from science fiction mysteries. 3 ★I like the idea of the game but wish instead of being zoomed out it was like first person and not third.

5 ★Loved it. Still haven't finished it. Great story so far.

5 ★I haven't finished the game yet, but so far, I have found it to be excellent, with a nice user interface, and an engrossing plot. Although it's true that there are occasional typos, the overall quality of the prose is quite good, and does in fact remind of the great Infocom text adventures of old. Would love to see multiple save game options! But overall, it is well worth trying, especially since it's free!

2 ★I very much wanted to like this game. Im a big fan of sci-fi like event horizon. I tried to play and within the first 5 minutes i noticed a lot of grammar and spelling errors and that kind of ruins a text based game. The text needs cleaned up and ill try to play this again then. I would even be willing to help.

5 ★I really enjoy this game, but it really needs more explanation to bridge the gap after ending A and B to the rest. Honestly i have only 4 endings, but have played nearly 20 different games trying different things and variations. The beauty of multi ended Story/Puzzle games, like the old point-and-clicks, is that after your first run the game gave you enough info and such that you have many ideas for your next runs and it gets you excited to jump right back in. However, i am not even half way through and i am at a loss for how to continue. A reddit or thread somewhere to share a few hints would be appreciated. Also i am so grateful for the MS Phone version. I would definitely love to have a ads-free version i could throw some money at or at least an in app purchase. Keep it up this game is awesome and you guys rock.
