El CLUB LADA 4X4 SANTA CRUZ nace como una necesidad que algunos inquietos “LADEROS “ nos propusimos encauzar hacia la creación de una Asociación Recreativa Deportiva y Cultural que, sin ánimo de lucro, ofreciera a sus asociados en particular y simpatizantes en general, actividades relacionadas con nuestra “pasión” con las que llenar nuestros ratos de ocio también pretende colaborar de forma voluntaria y desinteresada en todas aquellas acciones encaminadas al conocimiento, difusión, conservación y defensa de nuestra Naturaleza.
Nuestras actividades están enfocadas a lo que conocemos: rutas en 4x4, caminatas, orientaciones con o sin GPS, acampadas, convivencias, excursiones a otros departamentos , etc. Dentro de las actividades 4x4 existe gran variedad : realizamos dos o tres paseos cada trimestre , además también realizamos caravanas , etc. También organizamos travesías en 4x4 , excursiones nocturnas, triales 4x4, pruebas extremas concentraciones 4x4, exhibiciones, etc.
CLUB LADA 4X4 SANTA CRUZ es, en definitiva, un grupo abierto a todo aquel que quiera preparar sus propias actividades, formar parte de un grupo homogéneo de personas unidas por una “pasión”, proponer innovaciones, conocer y respetar la Naturaleza (algo que seguro que hacemos mucho más que algunos que se llaman “ecologistas”), y donde no se pide más que el respeto hacia los demás y hacia uno mismo. Somos un grupo que se siente orgulloso de llevar el nombre que tiene y que está convencido de que Naturaleza y Todo-Terreno no están reñidos , sino que se necesitan el uno de la otra: la protección de la Naturaleza puede verse ayudada por la capacidad de acción de un Todo-Terreno y, para nosotros, el Todo-Terreno no tiene sentido sin la Naturaleza.
