Das Panoptikum in Hamburg ist das älteste Wachsfigurenkabinett in Deutschland und hat eine sehr lange Tradition. Es besteht seit 1879 in Hamburg – St. Pauli am Spielbudenplatz. Also schon über 130 Jahre!
Nach wie vor führt das Familienunternehmen die Tradition des Hauses mit Hingabe und Sorgfalt fort. Denn noch immer gilt: Ähnlichkeit ist kein Zufall. Sondern Kunst.
Auf über 700 m² erleben Sie eine faszinierende Welt aus Wachs, in der Wirklichkeit und Fantasie miteinander verschmelzen.
Treffen Sie im Panoptikum über 120 Personen aus Geschichte, Kunst und Politik, Promis und Megastars. Alle lebensecht und hautnah als Wachsfiguren nachgebildet. Ob Vitali Klitschko, Otto Waalkes, Karl Lagerfeld, Angelina Jolie, Robbie Williams oder Angela Merkel – alle erwarten Sie für ein Erinnerungsfoto.
Entdecken Sie außerdem die Riesin Mariedl mit ihrer Körpergröße von 2,27 Meter, einen Mann mit drei Augen und weitere merkwürdige Personen. Eine Gruselecke sowie ein medizinisch – anatomisches Kabinett vervollständigen die Ausstellung.
Jugendliche und Erwachsene finden in den „PanoptikumNews“, viele spannende Rätsel und lustige Aufgaben, die gelöst werden können. Den kleineren Besuchern bis zwölf Jahren macht die „Pauli P. Tour für Kids“ besonders Spaß. Beide Rallyes sind kostenlos in der benötigten Stückzahl bei der Aufsicht erhältlich.
