4 ★The new basketball NFTs are a decent entry into the scene, though they aren't as impressive as Top Shot. Panini is doing a good job of listening to customer feedback and making fast changes to their system - for example their marketplace sucked the first week and many of us complained. They listened and changed minimum bid prices and gave us more options when searching for cards. Overall Panini's basketball NFTs are off to a good start and I'm excited to see them grow.
1 ★Garbage. I'm in need of creating an account to send back a 1 of 2 Ezekiel Elliot. THAT came out of the pack extremely damaged. But it won't even let me create an account. it says 1 uppercase letter, lowercase, and a special symbol, and a number. SO for my attempt I tried Mariners#3. Is that not all the requirements for a new password. Cause it's not working . And pissing.me off. Fix the bs.
1 ★Would give 0 stars if possible I tried to buy the a sticker book on the pannini app. The app told me my address was wrong which it was not. I tried switching it under my mom and dad's name and that didnt work either. I than tried to go on their website and it told me THERE IS AN ONGOING TRANSACTION IN YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE PROCEED WITH IT. Tried using customer support didn't work either horrible app. also has annoying pop up surveys every 5 seconds
1 ★How has MY experience with this app been? 🤔 Well since you keep bothing me to I'll answer: As an android user. It SUCKED and is managed by first timers & amateurs faking it in hopes of making it. This app wasted my money, my time, it cost me a job and ultimately some "friends" as well. Its a long way to the top if "Card Shop Live" wants to play joim the major league. May as well be listed as an ios only app too. Too many updates, notifications and unnecessary annoyances. "whatnot =better"
3 ★I got the app thinking I would get better chance on getting certain products..that was not the case I was on a wish list had notification set ...never got a notification when it was finally able to purchase. Then it was to busy couldn't get my order so I waisted my time for nothing .. so basically if u get the app thinking you will have better opportunities and deals after you sign up with all they have to offer ..should rename it to panini products gallery ..
1 ★Based on getting a redemption, is why I got this app. I watch people send in topps redemptions. They get then back in a month. Panini... 400 some odd days later. Various emails sent to inquire information with no reply back. And I still can't get even an estimated completion day. I'm so glad I bought it for as much as I did and now hoping it stays valuable by the time I do get it. If I ever do get it at this point. People spend a lot of money on your product.... huge fail Panini.. epic
2 ★It's only getting 2 because I haven't had issues yet, but I'll tell you the points system is a freaking joke. Never any good players for my pc, heck the only cards they ever have is a bunch of players traded to different teams. Panini if you take my hits from my box and replace them with points at least give me a good selection to choose from. This is nothing more than racketeering by one company controlling the card market.
1 ★The app is glitchy and has issues but this 1 star 🌟 review is my review of Panini! Absolutely no customer service at all! Still waiting for a replacement for a damaged card! Also Panini's greed is ruining the hobby! Overpriced junk is what they are releasing! Back to the junk wax Era! The fact that they know they are losing 📉 their licensing for the NFL and NBA in a few years means they have no incentive to care at all!
1 ★Was purchasing cards through the app was allowed to put cards in the checkout then when proceeding to check out app tells me they cannot deliver to my address even though I've given multiple different ones. Call Panini support they literally tell me no answer and they have no clue why that's happening even though it's been happening to more than just me. So it seems like just like everything else in 2020 if you don't have a bot or some sort of program you will not get products from a company.
1 ★Well still waiting on a redemption for 2 years now and no number or way to escalate on app that works. Still waiting.. 2 more in que now. Stopped purchasing Panini in the meantime until this And all the super expensive cards coming completed out of alignment through multiple boxes. Wish they'd reach out..
1 ★This app will blow your phone up with unwanted notifications. Some days, I will get e same notification three times over a few hours, and that's on top of other irrelevant notifications. There is no discernible way to select what types of notifications you want to receive, so you have to suffer through Panini's spam factory so you don't miss news that interests you. I hope the devs get 18 notifications about this review so they can just once feel my pain.
1 ★I purchased penny sleeves for $2 plus$7.95 shipping. because it led me to believe that I needed to make a purchase to have my shipping information remembered. I wanted to be ready for the fotl drop. after I made purchase for sleeves it automatically sent me back saying I need to confirm shipping method. so I did and purchased and it chased me back again. a few minutes later I found out I maid 2 purchases of the $2 sleeves and paid$7.95 shipping twice. I can't get ahold for a refund. plus
