Para Penyiar Radio Mora FM umumnya berlatar belakang Praktisi Hukum dan Budayawan Daerah, sedangkan para Reporter pada umumnya berlatar belakang Jurnalis.
Dapat dikatakan Radio Mora FM adalah pelopor Radio Siaran Swasta di
Indonesia dalam beberapa hal, selain juga sebagai Radio Swasta berbadan
