If you are an Eclipse plug-in developers, this app will help you to refresh your knowledge about these guidelines. You can browse through all of the Eclipse UI Guidelines. You can also enable the "tip of the day" feature which shows a random guideline every day as a status bar notification.After installing the application, open it and select the "Tip of the day" check box to enable the notifications. You can also configure the exact time you want to have the tip popup. When a notification is triggered, tap on it to see the full text of the guideline. Swipe left and right to navigate between the guidelines.
You can always jump to a random guideline without waiting for the tip of the day to come.
This application is an open source software licensed under the Eclipse Public License (EPL). The code is available on github - see app's web site. Feedback and code contributions are welcome.
