Riteniamo che il modo migliore per avvicinare i giovani studenti alla comprensione di qualsiasi materia, sia l’utilizzo di strumenti coinvolgenti con i quali si possa interagire stimolandone l’approfondimento.Crediamo, pertanto, che sia importante dover fare uno sforzo comunicativo e cercare mezzi più efficaci per stimolare l’attenzione degli studenti ed accenderne la scintilla dell’interesse, soprattutto in questo particolare momento storico, dove i giovani passano molto tempo on-line e si confrontano, spesso, con contenuti diseducativi o alienanti.
Sulla base di queste convinzioni, a supporto dei workshop della quarta edizione del progetto “Ecografie del Cinema – Approcci non lineari alla cultura cinematografica”, abbiamo ideato e progettato, insieme all’ingegnere elettronico Marcello Nisi, esperto di realtà virtuale e realtà aumentata, un software applicativo, che avvicinasse in modo interattivo e divertente gli studenti e fornisse, appunto, un ulteriore approccio laterale agli argomenti trattati.
Questa applicazione, del tutto similare a quelle che i ragazzi utilizzano giornalmente per ragioni di svago, intrattenimento e studio, ha lo scopo di fornire strumenti alternativi e di approfondimento ai workshop seguiti a scuola, avvicinandoli usando un mezzo a loro familiare, lo smartphone.
È sufficiente, infatti, scaricare su qualsiasi smartphone, la nostra app dallo store on-line, installarla ed inquadrare la locandina dell’evento finale, al quale gli studenti hanno già partecipato, per usufruire immediatamente di contenuti aggiuntivi sugli argomenti trattati ed i film visionati, fotografie, filmati ed informazioni utili ad approfondire in modo autonomo le lezioni.
L’applicazione, progettata in realtà aumentata per stimolare la curiosità ed avvicinare anche i più refrattari, è stata realizzata per poter essere nel futuro implementata con altri contenuti più specifici e sempre più interattivi, ha anche incontrato l’interesse dei partecipanti e siamo sicuri, ne abbia incentivato l’approfondimento individuale.
