4 ★App is a little slow to load and every few days I have to sign in again. That being said, it seems to seamlessly trade by itself and I am up 56% in 5 weeks, basically equalling Bitcoin if bought and held. Hoping over longer term it beats a buy and hold strategy. Some extra reporting and investment strategies would make this even better.
2 ★Setup was easy enough, but my experience with the trading was unreliable. By default it was supposed to be at 50% USDT hedging, my account was stuck at 70% USDT. Recently the app added the ability to change your hedging, I changed mine to 30% USDT. I waited a few days, tried to work with support through chat in the app, no change in my portfolio, stuck at hedging 70% USDT. I gave up and switched off the API to my account.
4 ★I do quite like this app, until bitcoin started dipping it was making some fairly decent returns, but since then it seems to have lost more in value in comparison to my btc portfolio. App UI is a bit clunky, and sometimes it seems to get stuck on a pull down to refresh message.
5 ★So far so good. Grateful and looks very promising. New update brought the possibility to play safer/riskier with the hedging feature. Great job, team. Are you planning a dar theme for the app? Would be nice to have but not very urgent Improvements suggestion: 1) make hedge adjustment more granular. To 5% points instead of 10% 2) think of a different wallet for paying the fees. Last time I paid 12 usd over the ethereum network (ERC 20), whereas binance network (BEP2) oferred it for 0.13 usd
1 ★After paying the management fees, the app started trading for a week. Two days ago signed me out automatically. Contacted the support several times but no contact and it's already 48 hours passed. The app is very glitchy and slow. Always giving errors
2 ★After doing my first deposit, it turns laggy and the app keeps crashing. Besides that, the API key facing issues. When i scan the QR, it stated "something went wrong". Hope the admin would fix this issue ASAP.
1 ★Initial set up errors I downloaded and after putting in email and choosing initial deposit amount it errors out. "Something went wrong An unexpected error occurred. Please contact support.(Error Code 500)

Activated my account yesterday and followed all the instructions on their help center and with some guidance from the community. The account was activated and started trading in less than 30 minutes after I paid the management fee. Today I am already seeing a positive balance, and thanks to this great community everything went extremely smooth, and I'm very excited to see what the future brings.
5 ★App has its works, but at the end of the day it does exactly what it says. Customer service has gone out of their way to accommodate any issues I've had. Been recommending it to all my circles.
5 ★Was new to crypto market and had Stoic working for the last month, very pleased with returns and it works exactly as hoped. Like that you can change hedging strategy to suit your risk profile. Once you set it up (which is a bit fiddler than conventional transactions) its effortless, just let it do its work. Love it.
4 ★Set up was easy, the profit so far is 10% a week, which is quite equal to buy and hold. But please, let customer transfer fee on different network Erc20 is nonsense pricy, bep20 or Cardano is much cheaper.
