1 ★To many ads and repetive ads. Every level you beat makes you watch an ad. It only takes a few seconds to beat a level and up to three minutes of ads, sometimes the same one over and over. everything you do in this game makes you watch at least one ad... if you like watching the same ads over and over again, then this is your app, as for me... uninstalling.
1 ★Hope yall like ads. The ads are so invasive in this game. After each level is beaten you get an ad. Sometimes the back button works but usually not. The worst though is that there are those ads that even when touching the x, it still stubbornly take you to the app store and ignore the back button. Game play isn't hard or challenging after a few levels. Pass.
1 ★It's meh gameplay wise, but it's way too easy and too buggy. It doesn't get bigger or more challenging over the levels. 4 ropes is the hardest it gets. And despite that simple design, the app is still buggy. Random untangled ropes won't disappear as they should, and random tangled ropes will clip through each other and untangle. How does a game with so little happening, not function right?
2 ★It seemed like an interesting concept at first, even if the ads for it were an annoying type, but after playing it a bit I quickly got tired of the frequency of the add rolls every couple of puzzles, plus a banner ad, plus ad watch bonuses were available, and some rewards were ad locked. All in all I just found it tedious to play, and the puzzle solving aspect wasn't worth it after a while. There's also hardly any UI to speak of, only one setting to turn off the vibrations.
2 ★Overall poor experience. UI is glitchy and in-app ads are inconsistent to cause freezing. Basic UI controls (like redoing a level) aren't provided. There seems to be little to no explanation of the care/maintenance of the "tangle monster". I end up hard closing the game after a level or two because of poor performance and design. Good concept, terrible execution.
1 ★I wrote a review many months ago stating I loved the game but technical difficulties frustrated play. The good news, those problems were corrected. The bad news, I am now unable to play as a result of all the ads. I read reviews all the time with people complaining about too many ads, but I expect ads, especially on free games; however, I cannot believe how much time is spent on ads in this game. I timed it and I spend just over 4x as much on ads than on play. I'm done with this game!
1 ★Couldn't even say if the game is fun. Do the 1st level, 30 second ad for another game I'd never have any interest in playing. Click the X to go back to the game, it takes me to the Play Store, hit the back button, starts the ad over again. Uninstalled right after that. What a JOKE! Everyone needs to make money, but how much can you make when it's full of 1 Star reviews from people just deleting it because of your ridiculous idea to load the thing down with ads? NOBODY NEEDS 30 SECOND ADS!!!
3 ★Fun, bad money scaling, turn on airplane mode to disable ads. This was a pretty fun game! I found the inclusion of a coin system was pretty unnecessary, and it was programmed poorly to boot. I never watched an ad to multiply my coins and still bought every cosmetic upgrade by level 50. Here I am at level 150 with 40,000 coins and nothing to spend it on 🙃. Then there's the rod upgrades for which there's no apparent way to get. And, move challenges can by tried over and over by resetting. No ads.
1 ★After every level: autoplaying ad At the bottom of the screen: ads Every splash screen: triple your win by watching an ad Leveling system?: Watch an ad to get the reward I like the idea of this game, but it's clearly an ad delivery vehicle and nothing more to the devs. The physics (which aren't needed) are so clearly over the top and just default settings on some engine. The levels don't have a strong sense of progression and sometimes the level generator seems to have just given up. Awful.
1 ★"Contains ads" is such a gross understatement it's almost laughable. Game opens directly into tutorial screen, then proceeds to reward you with a currency you dont know, then leads you into a commercial or advertisement that takes longer to load,skip, and close than it does to beat the level. Then the whole cycle starts up again with the next level, which is barely different from the first. More time watching adds than playing the game? I'm done.
2 ★Each level is about 15 seconds long. After EVERY level, you get a 25 second ad. Loud volume, can't skip, and even if there's an X, it redirects you to the play store. I played for about 20 minutes and my phone got so hot (and I had vibrate off) that I couldn't hold it. Plus, the color scheme in this game is hideous. Great idea. Horrible execution.
2 ★I mean I like the concept of the game untangling stuff, but it is not very exciting or challenging. Honestly you don't need to be a rocket scientist to master this game. It is pretty easy and never gets harder. Even when it adds more strings, it's still easy. And it's disappointing because I was introduced to this game by an ad on another game, and that ad was saying "I have tried 32 times" or something like that, or showing how IQ increases. Please, a 5 year old could do this smh.
