5 ★Good app, teaches you words by making you write them and match them with a picture. There's a big library of words to learn too and it's FREE.

1 ★Why the hell would it need access to my photos and personal files?? As per the app itself, well, it sucks. Less words than gg translate and even less than offline dictionary. Unistalled.
