大学入試センター試験（だいがくにゅうしセンターしけん、英語: National Center Test for University Admissions）とは、独立行政法人大学入試センターによって、例年1月13日以降の最初の土曜日・日曜日の2日間にわたって行われる、日本の大学の共通入学試験である。かつての国公立大学共通第1次学力試験が大学共通第1次学力試験と改められ、さらに改称して現在に至る。
科目ごとに決まっている高等学校の学習指導要領に沿って出題される（肢体不自由・病弱系の特別支援学校高等部はこれらに準ずる）。全教科・全科目で設問の解答をマークシートに記入する方式となっており、記述式の設問はない。
平均点は各科目とも6割程度になるように作成してあるが、年度や科目によっては、想定以上のずれが生じることがある。
試験会場は国内ほとんどの大学が主となるが、一部の高校や予備校でも行われる。試験会場は年によって異なる場合があり、その年の年度後半に発表される。なお、試験1日目の前日の金曜日は、設営準備や不正防止のため、試験会場の建物とその周辺が「関係者以外立入禁止」となる場合がほとんどである。
2020年1月（2019年度）の実施を最後に廃止され、2021年1月（2020年度）からは新しい共通テスト「大学入学共通テスト」に移行される。
一般には、1990年1月13・14日以降の大学入試センターによる「大学入学者選抜大学入試センター試験」のみを指して「大学入試センター試験」「センター試験」と表現する場合が多く、以下本稿でもその趣旨で「大学入試センター試験」「センター試験」と記載する。また、塾などの資料上では「セ試（せし）」と略すこともある。
「センター試験」という略称は大学共通の試験を示す一般的な言葉ではなく「大学入試センター試験」そのものを示す言葉である。
