Description
This beta application for tablets is everything a school food service worker needs to produce the daily menu plan and complete the daily production record to meet USDA requirements. It works as an extension of the CNCentral application for Menu Planning. The Wrap-Up app allows users to manage production records automatically populated from menus created in CNCentral, edit portions planned for each meal session, and record post-production information such as waste, leftover, and served portions. Users can also keep a time and temperature log and view detailed recipe information such as ingredients, directions, HACCP information, nutrients, allergens, meal components, and images. Recipe yields can even be adjusted, and ingredient quantities scaled accordingly in real time! Another added benefit of the application is that users have access to a dashboard where they can view the weekly menus and log labor hours and view the automatically calculated meals per labor hour for each operating day as well.Latest updates
