3 ★It has great gameplay and AMAZING character designs, but there are issues. First, the game overheats your phone pretty easily if you play it for more than 15 mins, causing lag. Second, after a day or two, it gets hard to farm up your people, with character shards and lv ups, slowing down your progress rapidly unless you pay. Third, when there are a lot of enemies on screen at once, it can't switch targets well unless you charge attack, leaving you vulnerable to knockback and a ton of damage.
1 ★Story seems fun. Gameplay seems fun. So far I've encountered nothing but bugs. I'm running one of the newest phones you can buy. Dodge works 10% of the time. Menu interface is horrible. I'll start a game/level and I'll have something like the editing profile menu on my screen while the enemies are killing and I literally can't do anything. Screen went full white one time. I'll change my review if bugs get fixed. Also this WILL be just another pay to win game. Especially since it's Disney...
3 ★Decent enough game when you actually get to play it but after the first day, all I can do is a slow and steady grind. There is no ability to focus on characters you want as everything is randomized. Every time you enter the main menu, you have to close multiple in-game ads and I mean every. Single. Time. Story is meh but gameplay is solid, save only for the dodge which can become iffy due to how the joystick works in game. It's a solid okay game.
1 ★Game is fun, but poorly optimized. If your device doesn't run the game well, then you're outta luck. There's no graphic settings what so ever. You can't change the camera angle, use colorblind filter, or even disable special attack animation. The gameplay has issues as well. No way to change joystick location, dashes are not reliable, math for boosts and curses isn't available , and the ai doesn't even play characters correctly. For all of the issues, I really hope they fix it because it is fun.
5 ★A better version of the AFK style rpg's (think RAID 2.0), with auto attack or personally directed battles. That and you can do multiple autobattles instantly without having to leave your phone screen on for hours. There are plenty of things you can buy, but not necessary to enjoy the game in my opinion. Best part, in true Disney fashion there are no ads.
2 ★It has potential but at the moment, the stamina accrues too slow and spends too fast. You get about 10 minutes of repetitive gameplay before you're done. Rewards are painfully low so you frequently get stuck which doesn't feel good. Unlocking characters is 100% RNG based. You're all but required to spend $25 unlocking the ones that are actually worth playing. I put some money in but I won't do so again, it's like buying scratch off tickets at the gas station. They've got a lot of tuning to do.
4 ★Update: They fixed some of the crashing and also helped alleviate you losing energy, which I appreciate. They also added more contents 9/6/22 The game is fun and doesn't pressure you too much on purchases. Game mechanics are simple and you can play this game casually. The only issue I had with this game is that I've encountered many crashes in the game and when it crashes, it doesn't return the energy during the match it crashes on. If you do spend money, avoid the energy purchase at all cost.
3 ★The graphics are amazing and so is the combat.however . There is so much going on , that it if one of fighters is getting beaten, I will not notice untill it too late. Also the drops rates for heroes is the worst I have come across. Normally I roll with it . But mainly pulling one star heroes is insane I own two four star , one of them is because I brought a pack. Smh. I may cut my losses and uninstall if things don't improve. I can't throw money into a game I know I am getting ripped off
5 ★really well made. fun and fast paced gameplay too. My only complaint is that they put time and money into really well animated special attack animations that only activate the first time you use the move and the. You never get to see them again since it skips it. it would be nice to have an option to turn it on is all I'm saying. other than that, stellar work... and now I found out you can toggle it on and off during combat after pausing. No complaints here~
4 ★Disney's take on a fighting collector game has great graphics and has fun game play. However, the game seems very pay to win and has a lot of menus to just jump into the action. I will probably stick a round for a little and see if they work out some of the kinks because the games got real potential to be great! Currently it feels very rinse and repeat, but new game modes could really make the game shine.
3 ★It's been a pretty fun game so far quite a bit to do just a few suggestions for the game. The chat dialog is difficult to scroll through when others type, spending orbs to replenish energy, plans of adding more characters, and one last thing the target priorities are a bit jank and I don't mind going into details if you'd like to know what I mean.
3 ★I wanted to give this app a 4 star & I still might. The characters are really well designed but game play is not. There is a lot of lag & freezing BUT this is a simple fix & it will happen in time. On one hand there aren't enough characters & on the other the characters are too difficult to build; this is definitely a $$$ game & they do not hide it. This isn't a sit down & waste time kind of game. Hopefully you're lucky & break open a 4 or 5 star crystal or you'll not be advancing very far.
