1 ★I started out loving this game because it was the first game that kept my attention and allowed you level up without "having" or absolutely needing to pay. You have a chance at most characters and enough versatility to use different teams and stay powerful. Unfortunately, the freezing and crashing TRUMPED everything about the game. I have not been able to log in over a week without the game freezing out so I just uninstalled it. Just not worth it anymore.
2 ★there's just too much to try and keep up with to even try to stay halfway balanced let alone get ahead. I just don't have the time for a game this involved. same exact concept as Marvel's Strike Force, Starwars Galaxies and that new Disney game. collect cards to upgrade characters, need " X " materials to upgrade skills etc. Again just don't have the time for something this grindingly slow!
1 ★Forces you to play all features, including spending drops, and multiplayer as part of the tutorial. I had hopes for this being a good casual game, but it's just another cash-grab app with splashy graphics. Also, that's not a tutorial, it's strong-arming. I don't WANT to force a crate to open. I don't WANT to play competitive multiplayer.
2 ★this game is very fun. In fact it could be my favorite game on my phone, but... the energy system is horribly flawed. Story missions eventually take 20 energy per battle, while you only get 50 energy a day. This would be acceptable if there were refills or a faster energy recharge. The current recharge speed is about 6 minutes per energy point. That means you have to wait 2 hours for one story battle! Dumb!!!!
1 ★This game is designed for those that can spend $$$. Very glitchy, causing big losses, tech support is little/not helpful. There's a new character coming out every 5 minutes with abilities that dwarf the guys you spent the last 6 months building up. I suppose it would be fun if you could throw hundreds of dollars at it on a regular basis, but if that's not you save yourself the headache.
2 ★THUMBS UP IF YOU AGREE! : The graphics are amazing. The characters are lovable and funny. But the gameplay overall just felt predictable, which made it boring, and then way too easy. A ideal could be "free roam" where we're able to explore different areas/maps, able to find misc. treasures( perhaps one could be food for more time/energy ), and then bump into various type of pple globally (that way battles are fair), fighting or doing small games, and even choosing our own dialog to respond to.
1 ★I've been playing this game since day 1. It has been fun and while it is F2P, in order to get to the upper levels, they do encourage occasional spending, which is totally justifiable. It has been a fun game to play. The animations and various options have been great and the animations are top notch. However, the biggest problem is that after you invest so much time and energy (and possibly money) in the game is that they constantly change the rules and how things are expected. They move the characters around and not always for the better. They call it rebalancing, but don't always take into account the player-base. They change the event patterns and rewards so that when you work hard towards a future goal/reward, it is either moved much farther away or gone completely. This is super frustrating. Their changes affect the investments (time and money) in the game so that the values are much more diminished.
3 ★This game is fun, but I have been having a connection issue, it keeps lagging out. None of the other games I'm playing are having the same problem. The lag and constant disconnects are making it unplayable. I am playing on wifi, literally 6 feet from our wifi box. I would have given more stars if I could stay connected for mire than 2 minutes at a time.
2 ★UPDATE: great concept, great characters, poor execution. Started out awesome for the first 6 months. Been playing since it was released last year. It just got increasingly difficult to participate in each back to back to back event with no break and very limited resources. The resources would be fine if the events were not as frequent and as back to back as they were. All aspects of pvp is completely unbalanced. You're pitted against players way above your class. The game is to much p2w!
1 ★Game is 💩 now I went from spending over 2k in a year to 0 in the last 6 months. The deals use to have a lot of value that made it easy to spend $. Now Scopely has become very greedy. They are making the game more difficult to progress unless you have $. They made a premium energy for events so people can't save energy on events they want to pass and save for future events. The roulette always has toons you don't need and the ones you do have very little percentage. Sometimes less than jackpot!
4 ★So far ok..love the idea and the ranking of characters the different types of attacks and different type of character. All works be great if the game didn't crash on me 4 times in 5 minutes. Everytime i get done with an attack it has crashed or halfway through and i have to re play episode.continues too shut off and take me to my home screen without giving me an option to send an error report
3 ★Let me start with I REALLY LIKE this game. Unfortunately, it has a lot of issues. Performance issues top the list, you are forced over & over to wait for the same graphics to download (ever hear of cache?) Glitches & display issues that effect game play, to complete failure to display a functional screen. The longer you play, the worse the performance & glitches get (memory leak?) even crashing the phone. Force stop & the game is reasonably playable again. In-game purchases are WAY over priced!
