1 ★****EDIT*** After reaching out through Facebook I now wish I could rate negative. 1st contact "next week". 2nd contact "next week". 3rd contact NO REPLY. 0% chance i would recommend. I decided to try this bank out. On november 20th i recieved an email stating my signup bonus would hit my account in 3-5 business days...its now dec 10th. Since it seems this bank cant get a bonus deposit right, im regretting my decision to provide kyc.
1 ★I took a bunch shots of my ID, then I called costumer support and I was told I was going to be contacted, then I got an email requesting pictures of my ID which I sent days ago and still I haven't heard from them. Customer service is slow and inefficient, this is a poor first impression of the service. One star is all I can give you
1 ★I have tried to setup my account over and over and it continues to tell me to contact support so I do and send them an email and they reply stating my account is ready for use and then same error. I have emailed them 7 times and they reply saying I'm good to go and then same thing. It's ridiculous
1 ★When I tried to add my Visa card as my payment method in any site, the website showed an error "Your card's security code is incorrect.". Please fix this error. I just wanna make sure the card really works before I deposit my money into it. My Digital Bambu Visa card status was "Active" but the issue still occured to me. I tried to report the card as stolen just to see if the new card will works. Unfortunately, the CVV mismatch still existed.

I can honestly say that this has now become one of the best experiences with a bank app that I have had so far. 1 ★Did not receive my $10 credit! I've called and called sent numerous emails it's been two weeks they keep beating around the bush with me,!! And I've tried the Facebook chat they said yesterday still nothing Edit it's been three weeks I'm starting to think this was a scam to begin with still haven't received the funds after talking to the people on Facebook they were no help

1 ★It took over 2 weeks just to get the sign up bonus. Once it came in I put in my bank info to set it up and now all of a sudden I cant get into the app. I don't have their email address so I cant contact anyone. Dont waste your time.

1 ★20 incentive 3 to 5 days later turned into negative -15.🧐🤨 okay so I guess when I linked my self card to mybambu the 9 dollar fee was taken. I didn't realize they'd run the card for the fee I put the address in at the moment because all my info was verified. The day I receive 20.00. The final and 5th day it says. so I was charge an ACH fees all I was doing is linking the account for when I received money to pay it this is he card I. want to withdraw. so they decided to let go prematurlyy so.
4 ★EDIT TO SAY: They paid me . It was in 2 payments but I got $20 just for signing up.. . . .I signed up under a friend the day after she sent me the link. This was Dec. 14... and I am STILL waiting on my payment. I have also spoken with them via Facebook and get told the same. Next week... When I signed up, it was a $20 sign up bonus and it conveniently ended that day.... I will be uninstalling this app and giving negative feedback wherever I can.
