1 ★Xbox login doesn't work on a Samsung S20 but somehow works on my old iPhone 6S. Click Xbox, login failed, odd as I didn't get a chance to enter in my info and when I click the other three options it actually asks for it. Bravo app designer, bravo
1 ★Listen to the reviews, I erased my reserved space like I have so many time before just to not lag in events on 2k that is erased my face scan, setting just evrything I set up personally i forced myself to buy thisb2k because of the city but theirs not much improvement they can do after that so I'm definitely not buying the next one or the one after that they lost my business for good and I never even bought microtransactions lol still a waste a money
2 ★Well i got it to work after a few tries. Phone has to be so close to your face. The first couple times i tried it the game was already loaded, i was at park and it didnt work so i decided to quit out of the game to the main screen when the game starts up and went back into the park and it worked. I dont really think the player looks like me but whatever.
1 ★This app doesn't allow you to login to your Xbox account. The screen just flashes white and then says that's it failed to login. There's no login page. All of the other systems take you to the login page when you select them. Xbox does nothing.
1 ★I tried with two different phones and three hours later, no success. It would get to finding the last of 13 faces only to say that there was an error. I'm really surprised if R&D hasn't noticed the numerous comments regarding this app and reach out to those who have posted. I enjoy the game and its longstanding franchise back on the PS2, but I would like to see this app be as good if not better developed than the game itself because it could potentially be a great compliment for it.
1 ★It is not loading into Xbox account. Wont even load the Microsoft site to log in. Have deleted and reinstalled 3 times already. Attempted to log into all the other platforms...no problem. Very disappointing. 2k20 worked no problem.
1 ★Terrible app, deleted. Will not let me login or link my xbox account. Shows error "failed to login". When I attempt to raise a ticket the confirmation fails so can't do anything there either. Seems alot of people have issues but 2k just don't care. Good job the game is free to game pass users.
1 ★This app infuriates me to no end. I'm pretty sure I had an easier time doing face scans in games 7 years ago. Even after spending 30+ minutes finally getting the app to upload 13-14 pictures, the 2K21 game can reject them and give an error as well, sending you back to square one. Why is it that some camera filters can turn me into an anime character but this app can't even recognize my face against a solid color background?
1 ★I wanted to get the face scan for my character in Career Mode and I cant sign into Xbox live on it... Im not the only one either, ive looked through the reviews and many people have the same problem.
1 ★The face scan isn't working. Every time I try I get a message saying failed to log into platform . Not just happening to me my friends have the same issue. Trying to scan for xbox
1 ★It wont connect for my XBOX account. But how how come it will work for Sony and playstation players? Talk about being Biased. You need to figure it out, it's been months and nothing has changed.
2 ★This is very handy for locker codes and that's it. Gets a 2 star because entering locker codes speeds up the process by 5x. The face scan is trash never works and you have to use west servers to get past the legal docs. Thank goodness there isn't ads.
