2 ★Was installed in car by dealer. App is registered for my car. Won't pull up maps or register trip logs like it's supposed to. Repeated messages sent to tech support have never been answered.

1 ★What a nightmare! Dealership installed...didn't work right out of the box. Dealership stands by install. Don't count on customer support. Dealership poke them. Mr C. called. Gave a BuzzFeed type excuse. Waited days as asked...called back as Mr. C asked...left message...no call back. One trip log showed I drove to Middle East from Calif. 4 trips to dealership to finally get POS removed. Could have been sweet setup except for Mr. C, and lack of support. UPDATE..dealership dumped product line. :)

Being our teen daughters car, we really hoped it would be up to the minute. Most times it isn't updated within a week. We have emailed customer support and haven't been helped. We requested a refund and got radio silence
