2 ★Problem for installing fixed. But they didn't fix sta supply depot. Didnt trust player and didnt check it i thing only put reminder time 7 utc. I told them 2 times already with a good screen shot and they still cant fix it . For game play its good but kinda hard later i think made for heavy spender too. Graphic good.
1 ★1.6 gb of add data needed to be downloaded before game starts.Took 1/2 an hour to download only to find out that all servers are under maintenance just as the game was launched.Why cant that be done before the official launch and not right after.Dont even feel like playing now.Game is not an original but the same generic game as every game in its genre with a different skin and same pay to win mechanics.Based on a chinese web novel written by an author who takes a month to write a chapter.
4 ★The Game itself is easy to understand it, the graphic is good, love the storyline, and its good that u guys already fixed the binding account, but the problem now is i get stucked in loading screen and then crashed for no reason, please fixed it as soon as u can, Thanks.
1 ★Very bad prep for a game launch, the entire game has issue connecting to wifi for a huge starting 1.2gb plus 200mb installation, followed by patches of 1gb plus download. Many grammatical translations errors and misrepresentation. After release of so called patch to fix bugs, it locks regular players out who are stuck in guests accounts.
1 ★After downloaded the update, I can not enter the game. Please fix this. Consume lot of my Internet data. After that I unistall the game and the result still the same. The system said that already fix. What fix? Nothing change.
1 ★What the heck? I try to login and I can't for some reason. The guest works until you connect to the server. The facebook doesn't work and the google play brings you to the google accounts perfectly fine, but if u tap on one, it doesn't work. Please fix it.

3 ★I cannot sign up via Facebook and Google account because error in the game.. so I play as guest and already level 19, but because main server is busy, I'm forced to re login and lost all my progress.. Im already bought one crystal packet.. please fix the bond problem.. this is so disappointing

4 ★Great game in quality and performance. Like others in the genre, grinding is slow with emphasis on purchasing crystals. Initial problems with account binding was solved quickly too. Hopefully, devs will have frequent patchs and events.
1 ★Terrible game installation experience. Keep halted for almost at least 9-10 times for downloading updates, have to restart the game app to resume. After finished downloading and game started, can't even link to the google account. Keep showing "Internet Connection Exception" 😒👎🏻
