1 ★Where do these guys come from? I'm not using any VPN or stuff like that, even though the app is displaying contents in Turkish Language!!!! What made it worse is they only allowed me to use Turkish Phone number, which is highly annoying!!!!! What is the issue, help me out
1 ★The tutors do anything to get the correct answer and which they are not able to explain in the follow-up chat and also they terminate the chat if they are not able to answer properly also most of the time they tell that the there is a printing mistake in the answers and that there answers are correct although the sources from which the questions are asked are reliable and the answer can't be wrong . The tutors also don't reply to the follow up conversation ...
1 ★The worst app I've ever come across. Rude tutors who report you (yes they report you!) for saying that their answer is wrong and that the option doesn't match or their solution isn't appropriate (You can't even report these tutors!). A tutor said I used abusive language. Of course. I wish I could. Thanks Kunduz!

4 ★Tbh,its prob. one of the best apps for doubt solving for jee/neet,but they still fail to provide the correct solution sometimes.So here are the ways,i think u can make it better: 1)if the tutors doesnt gets the answer,no need of reimbursing,just keep the qn there,like for the next tutor to check upon,our doubt still remains!just bcz 30 mins is over doesnt mean our doubt is also over. 2) id suggest u to bring in chat windows,also allow us to send pics(apart from the qn,like if we have the soln).

Only very few questions are getting answers in 15 min, most take several hours but the solutions look like they took 1min to write and majority of them are wrong. Some tutors simply take screenshots from other doubt clearing apps while others just scribble something and post it with no explanation Many tutors report tough questions citing reasons like "inappropriate content". Follow up questions/doubts are never answered properly. Overall Not Reliable at all

5 ★It should improve a little bit because we have to wait for tutors for 15 minutes , I think it should be 2 to 3 minutes , except timings , this app is the best for doubt clearing, better than any other app , tutors are amazing !!
3 ★This application is a bit slow.. i.e. needs a very good network strength to load pages.. But doubt solutions and its follow up question facilities is quite good. Liked it as a student.. *VERY BAD TECH SUPPORT TEAM.. NO ONE REPLYING EVEN IN A WEEK OR A MONTH😬😠
3 ★I have been using for almost a year now and also experiencing some real problems with it the worst thing is memory leaks and slowness compared to other apps.
5 ★There should be option to call tutors because some questions can't be understood by handwritten solutions. I would recommend every one to use FILO..this is as cheaper as Kunduz but you can solve your doubts on video call and you can do cross questions.So this will clear your doubt instantly. You can connect with tutors withing 30 second.
2 ★Initially evrything goes well.. but later they dont answer within 15 min( as mentioned by them) .. also not everytime but sometimes give u irrelevant answers that doesnt match ur question !! Sometimes it seems that the answers are given by some young aspirants preparing for competitive exams and not by the teachers( tutors)!!
