Description

The Silver app lets you play 2 player games of Silver and Silver Bullet (the card games from Bezier Games, Inc.) against a computer AI. Learn the ins and outs of the game, and practice before taking on your friends!

Your goal in Silver is simple: have the lowest sum by the end of four rounds. To accomplish this, use abilities from the cards you draw, and from cards that are already face up in your village, which consists of five cards. You can trade in matching cards, and also trade out your cards for ones you draw to make matches or to lower your score. End a round early if you think you have the lowest sum by calling for a vote; if you’re right, you score 0 points, and get to use the Silver Amulet of Protection or the Silver Bullet the next round. If you're wrong, though you get the sum of your cards plus ten points!

The app walks you through the game, and the comprehensive Help screen gives you all the details you need to be able to play. While you’re playing, view detailed card abilities just by tapping and holding on them.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Great game but controls are clunky I've accidentally made mistakes (that i wouldn't have during a physical game) due to tapping to select, but it going into the discard. Should prompt "take" or "discard" rather than tap to take or tap to discard. Very annoying. Also, the AI needs to be refined as it has frozen more than once when the pile is complete on its turn but it still has a tapped card option and a discard pile option.
2 ★Once I figured out the game, I had fun (and started winning repeatedly), but the UI is not completely intuitive (many times I clicked "end turn" instead of "Exchange cards" and some "select AI cards" didn't show that cards were selected). The lack of a play through tutorial makes this a much harder learn than it should be. Needs: tutorial playthrough, reminder when clicking "end turn" if no cards were exchanged (on/off in settings for this feature), more AI, and consistent selection animation.
2 ★Actually game is fun. App is buggy and often will not let me use my special abilities on my turn- especially the amulet. I've only been able to place it a few time despite having it dozens of time. Cards get "stuck" mid-flip, so I never actually see what they are. Game won't register clicks, then discards my card and I can't undo it. Exchange cards symbol sometimes won't light up for multi-card exchanges or face up cards can't be selected for exchange. Running 1.3.1
5 ★This is the app that got me to purchase both Silver Amulet and Silver Bullet card games that my family loves to play. I still play the app solo frequently, because I apparently just can't get enough of it! :D There was a bit of a learning curve in the app figuring out what could be clicked on to properly play, but after a half dozen games I'd figured out the quirks.
3 ★Super buggy. The game itself is a lot of fun, but the app is just terrible. It hangs all the time, and sometimes you confuse it by clicking things too quickly and then it gets stuck or doesn't perform the action you wanted, like exchanging cards sometimes you exchange but nothing was selected so the exchange either fails and the cards disappear or the game hangs.
5 ★Brilliant game. Easy to learn. Memory (yours) is a must....just one ahem...it seems to have difficulty on S8. .firstly with screen real estate where extra cards overlap drawdeck making it impossible to select draw deck. And some times when trading in 3 or more cards it fails to process correctly and rather than give selected card..it gives you back one you were handing in....that being said quick to play another so only minor issue.
3 ★Desperately needs an Undo button. UPDATE 8/8: I still have issues where I turn a card from the deck face up and it won't let me discard it. I close the app and come back in, then I can end my turn but cannot get that action back. note 9. A few bugs and controls are a pain but a good game. can't wait to get the card game. needs better controls and an undo feature. bugs are preventing this from being great. several times ui becomes unresponsive and forces me to accept a move I didn't want to make.
3 ★Buggy. The game doesn't always select cards when you tap them. Sometimes it won't flip cards over when it should. When it plays smoothly it's a great card game. When bugs start occurring it can be game breaking, which is too often. edit 8/12/19: Much more stable, though I still have some clunkiness when selecting cards and had to reboot the app after freezing on occasion.
2 ★Oh boy. I love this game but the complexity is missing when playing with only one player. I agree with others that the AI's strategy isn't the best either. It would be better to be able to play with multiple people online or have the option to play with multiple AI that have different playing style.
3 ★Actual gameplay is great! Problem is that it feels very limited with only two players and only human vs AI. If it allowed more AIs or actual multiplayer between humans, it would feel a little less shallow/luck dependent. The other issue is the controls/UI. It needs to be more obvious when cards are selected so you don't go discarding cards when you mean to exchange them. A glow or something would help a lot.
3 ★Fun game but I find it buggy at times. I kinda noticed it's more buggy when the Rascal card (#4) is faced up on my hand, for examples, the game at times magically switches a card to a different card during trade, which usually is followed by some card(s) can't be selected for a trade.
5 ★Addictive is not a strong enough word. Silver has kept me entertained for hours. I love how quick the games play and how it manages to make you feel clever. Luckily I haven't had any issues with bugs. I'm glad to see they have a support system if I do come across any though.
