1 ★The new upgrade is really very weak. The old app is a lot better than this. Looks good but it doesn't matter if it's hard to work. I also used this because I can pay for all my Dialog connections at once. It was very easy because the bill would fall in the Amount box to be paid automatically. But the new edition has none of that. Appearance is good but it doesn't matter. This app is useless now. Consumers we are not satisfied about this now. I want to uninstall this now.
1 ★2 bugs(Or missing features) should be fixed ASAP. 1. In the previous app all my dialog connections payable bill values shown in the genie app but its missing in this half baked new app 2. Bug - pressing back button or back gestures wont work and therefore cannot exit from the app. I have to minimize the app by going to the home and then kill the app from task manager(recents menu). This is a very cumbersome process specially when considering this function should be mandatory for a payment app.
2 ★I mainly was using this app to settle all my dialog connections. It was really easy when the old app shows you the amount need to pay but in the new app that feature is not there. Usability wise it is not good at all. Hope you could add that for the next feature release soon. Multiple payment option is not there as well. Also you may not need to ask the opt number for transactions less than 5000. Rich UI. Please give more attention to the usability than the fancy ui.
1 ★Only the UI is nice. 1 Transactions history doesn't show the recipient or the account which the money was sent to. 2 Dialog broadband bill was not showing correctly. 3 if the app developers are not tracking user feedback from playstore and waiting for mails, it's time to move on to another app. Sad to leave an app that I've been using for more than a year.
1 ★Making multiple payment for the total sum was a super easy in the previous app which currenty doesnt exists.!! This is not called more convinient than the previous app..!! Outstanding Balance is not validating in the app..! Have to go and check the balances in another App manully - (Much Hazzel) As said by others, only new interface and less features..!! Sorry Dialog Axiata..!! This time, it is a negative review from my side as well. Try to improve those...
1 ★For the old app I give 10 stars This new upgrade is TERRIBLE. Please reinstate the old version because you are losing you client base, as soon as I find a better app I am gone As one example out of many: Earlier when I selected my Dialog TV account, automatically the bill amount is populated now you can't even see the amount field when the keyboard is active. Very poor show, don't you test and check your upgrades before you publish or you let your clients do the testing for you.
1 ★as a developer i have activated the developer mode in my phone after that genie app isn't working asking me to disable the developer mode and re-launch the app very disappointed
3 ★01MAY2021: Now the multiple payments cannot be done at once. Pls fix it. 08APR2021: Thanks team for the update and the app is working fine. Looks pretty and hoping to explore and experience new features. Will contact you if I encounter any problems... Thanks. 04APR2021: The app does not work at all now. Can't even log in. Pls reverse it to the previous version or stop promoting the app. I worked with Genie for nearly two years and you guys have broke it this time to the maximum. :(
1 ★What a load of rubbish... It used to work fine. But this new version doesn't even let me open it. I need to disable developer mode. As a developer, and Android user who likes my androids fully customized. This is complete garbage... If you think I'm disabling developer mode, you must be dreaming. UNINSTALLING IMMEDIATELY.
3 ★Very good options and facilities. But i was paying all my mobile connections and utility bills with the multiple payment option in one transaction. After the update that option has been taken off. If that is also there it'd be best.
1 ★I made a dialog mobile payment through this app. It's still not updated even after 48 hours. I call and complain several times to dialog and my bank. Still not sorted out. That amount was already debited from my bank account.
1 ★Unlike the previous version, this new update does not pull your current bill value which makes it so easy to pay. Now we have to open up Dialog Self Care app to retrieve the bill value. Please add this feature back to this new version.
