Andmesh Kamaleng merupakan pemuda asal Pulau Alor, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Andmesh ini telah menggeluti dunia tarik suara dengan mengikuti berbagai lomba sejak ia duduk di bangku taman kanak-kanak (TK). Dia pernah ikut lomba nyanyi dari panggung ke panggung mulai dari bersolo karier maupun dengan Band yang sukses menjadi juara di Pensi SMA Kr. Mercusuar Kupang. Dia juga sering Ikut bapaknya manggung. Ayahnya Andmesh merupakan pemain keyboard. Setelah ayahnya meninggal tahun 2014, Andmesh mulai nyanyi sendiri.Andmesh Kamaleng yang merupakan Alumni SMA Negeri 3 Kupang ini suka menggunakan busana khas daerah. Suara Andmesh memang luar biasa merdu. Suaranya bisa membuat luluh yang mendengarnya. Dia juga pandai menyanyikan lagu dengan irama jazz. Bahkan Andmesh Kamaleng berhasil memukau juri dengan meyanyikan lagu milik Beyonce yang dia ubah aransemennya menjadi lagu jazz. Ada yang bilang dia mirip dengan almarhum Mike Mohede.
