In Dice With Buddies™, the objective of the game is to score the most points by rolling different combinations. Your 5 dice can be rolled up to 3 times per turn to score in a category. Once a category has been used in the game, it cannot be used again. The game consists of thirteen turns. Feeling lucky? Roll a five-of-a-kind and score 50 points! 2 ★I really like the game. I think it's well design and fun to play. However, the ads are game breaking. I understand the need for ads but they are freezing the app so you have to close and reopen it and they are frequently popping up in the middle of your turn. Even if there is a ad free version, I'm less inclined to keep the app if it's so unplayable for free.
3 ★EDITED TO ADD: There are WAY TOO MANY ADS after your week of no ads is up. I'd easily pay for a no-ads option (not a subscription), but I don't see that option. A very fun game ruined by ads. ORIGINAL: I enjoy this game a lot. I like that there are many smaller games and challenges within. I especially like the bowling game. My issues are that its incredibly hard to get extra dice without paying. They are hardly ever a prize for winning, as they should be. (I deleted a fixed issue)
1 ★One of the worst update to date. In a bid to make it more visually appealing, they've made it one of the slowest loading, lagging games on the store. When you click on the dice, it can take a while to actually "roll" and I've accidentally hit it again thinking it didn't register my click. Only to have it do two rolls in succession. People need to realize to leave a good thing alone when it's working fine!!!
1 ★Have been playing on this app for many years. Now there is ALWAYS a technical issue...lags, stops completely, sometimes doesn't give the big rewards such as sticker packs. Very disappointing. Wow...I guess I am going to quit this app. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Can't take all of the issues anymore. Plus, the 'robot' responses to your issue are comical. Seriously, just say nothing.
4 ★Love the game. Absolutely 💯addicting. But major technical issues. Screen freezes constantly. It also "Lags" I guess you would call it. I click to roll dice and several seconds later they might roll might not. There are lots of tournaments but to win you have to use lots and lots of bonus rolls but you can do that if you can afford to buy them. Which I can't. I would recommend you try it. It's a lot of fun if you can stand the issues.
3 ★The game itself is great. I have a few problems though. First it has too many ads. They pop up randomly in the middle of play and its rather irritating. Second, I keep getting connection errors. This happens on both data and wifi. This is the only ap I have that does this. I believe this is what causes my third issue. There is a LOT of lag. The game crashes all the time. Other than these issues I love the game
1 ★I loved this game, but now it's out of control overkill animation. So much animation that this app uses over 1GB of RAM while playing it, or trying to play it. It freezes every time I open it. Switching section to section uses more memory than checking Fb & tiktok combined. They switch formats, once or twice a year. The rewards, prizes, and loyalty perks are a sham and they lessen how much you win & how often. Pay more win less, while restarting the app over & over. A joke to deal with.
2 ★This game is deceptive, as there are hardly any adds at all when you first start, then after you get invested they start bombarding you. An after EVERY OTHER roll? That's crazy. The only way to get rid of them is with a subscription?? That's greedy af. To top it off their game can't even handle all the ads, it freezes and you have to close app, reopen, find whatever game it was that you were playing... Also - the animations are too slow!!
4 ★I love this game. I spend too much time on it bc it's so much fun! Really enjoy all the options. I have a few things that may improve the app because it freezes in the most unfortunate times for me. 'fun fair' shouldn't have a curtain. It freezes too often & you should be able to spin with your multiple coins b4 the pay option. 'Survivor' freezes way too often. I'd cut back on the looks of the game vs us not getting kicked out bc the app crashes during the game. Adventure coins are too much.
3 ★I love the game, but sick and tired of getting booted off of it every 2 minutes and then if it doesn't boot me right away it freezes up my phone and I have to wait until the option to close the app because it's not responding shows on my phone. Also I'll be in the middle of playing and my screen will go all crazy. If you can fix these issues with the app I would totally give it a five rating.
5 ★Currently having issues with the game freezing after a match is over. It doesn't freeze as much playing with buddies daily, only after event play. For example....after a win or a loss the game just stops and never moves past that screen to show you what you have won or lost. I end up having to shut the game down and then restart it for it to start playing again. This is something new and only happens for me on certain devices. No clue why tho.
3 ★Was having a lot of fun until tonight. So I have been playing this maybe a couple weeks, and have been having a lot of fun with it and earning points in a different game while playing. Tonight I reached lvl 16 and it went from a ad every now and again to an ad every 2 times I started a new roll of dice. Dont know if this is a new glitch, or something that starts at a sudden point but it became very annoying very fast.
