2 ★I like playing backgammon. I like the look of the game, but sometimes the game gives you no chance of winning. I've been in commanding positions and rolled 2 and 1 five straight rolls, I've had opponents roll doubles 4 straight times to win the game. Also, when you win you don't make all of the winnings. If you play 2 times, win one and lose one you are money behind, not even
1 ★There were more unbelievable losses, and I was on both ends. When you make coins. You lose them faster. Doesn't since like random dice rolls. Would be hard to invest to play at these high risk. I deleted the game. Thanks for the free plays. Yes, I deleted this game. It seems like you are being forced into buying coins because of how the game plays.
1 ★I played very conservative for months. Obtained around $170k. Obtained level 37. Once I decided to play at higher level tables against people with higher levels I will lose badly. Started recording games and adding up the dice and doubles. Guess what? It definitely favors players with higher levels. I got sick of it and lost all of it in a few games, so I had no reason to come back. I'm trying the other ones. Anyone recommends a fair one?
1 ★The game is rigged. Have been playing it for a couple of years. Never paid a cent for their fake money. They let you win, then they make you lose. Everything's calculated to swing you into buying their coins. To the developers: if you want to argue again about odds and skills, explain this. I've been spinning the mega-bonus almost every day for at least two years. That's about 600 times. Guess how many times I won one of the top three prizes? Not more than a dozen. Top prize - twice. Not rigged?
2 ★Way too many billboards when signing in. And in the newest update, if you don't share your FB friends they force you to reconnect to FB everytime you open the app. And when doing so, they hope you just reconnect without editing their access because they've defaulted the friends list access to "on". To keep my friends list private, I now have four extra steps just to be able to play. No means no! Update; I agree with all others who say there is nothing random about the RNG.
1 ★Same thing. I just wanted to reiterate. Definitely not random dice throws! I've been up against opponents that roll doubles 5...6 , even 7 times in a row. I have also been on the receiving end of that where I roll doubles at a ridiculously high rate. The app decides who's going to win the game before it even starts. Everyone knows this. I have opponents that concede the game after a few turns. We already know the outcome so why play.
2 ★A decent backgammon game. Can be hard to select where you want to move, but otherwise great. I would give the game four stars, except for one thing. Every time you switch to the app, it will give you between five and ten pop-up ads before letting you do anything at all, even if you're just switching between apps to check your email between games. It's insane and aggravating, and the reason I had to uninstall and find a different app.
1 ★I rate your game down for the following reasons. 1. The algorithm for the roll of dice is heavily skewed in favor of the opposition which is unfair. Out of 100 games played I won less than 10 starting rolls. 2. It seems that some times am playing against a bot. Too many exact combinations at just the right time which are mathematically and statistically unnatural. 3. Timer on games is too short. Please resolve these issues. Otherwise the games pretty fly!!
2 ★Fun game. Like most reviews that I've read, it seems as though if you don't spend money, you will not win. I've been in many matches where the opponent either gets perfect rolls or multiple doubles. The purchase ads are too much when logging on. Trying to get the update now but, so far, it will not update. Oh well, there are more games out there!
3 ★Enjoyable game with great graphics and fun side games for extra coins. Drawbacks are there are SO many technical issues that cause the game to freeze, which then gives "The game has stopped error", requiring one to close and restart the app. This means having to step through the numerous ads that appear each time on startup. The whole affair becomes rather laborious. This definitely detracts from the overall enjoyment. Too bad!
3 ★I love the competition. It's definitely a challenging game when you can play people from all over. I have to say that I notice a lot of inconsistencies when I'm way of an opponent. They get every roll they need, over and over, while I get absolutely nothing. I make the unnecessary move just to test these cheat maneuvers. It also happens more frequently when I have just purchased credits. That's just wrong. If you can't take getting your ass beat, don't play.
1 ★great graphics one of the best ones in for this classic board game. Unfortunately the game is not fair. Me and a few of my friends that have downloaded the game , have recorded our results. The statistics and percentage of every role ,either bringing a double ,a favorable roll or not, depends on the level that you are, and of course if you are buying coins or any type of upgrades through the app. Definitely not left to chance.
