How To Use
Simply select your binaural beat frequency and the base frequency that you want the tone, put on some headphones, and hit play. Binaural beats is the process of creating an audible frequency that we can't normally hear. We do this by listening to a different frequency of a wave in each ear, and the mind perceives the difference inside the head.
