iSpyConnect provides a mobile and tablet friendly interface for the popular open source surveillance software iSpy. Monitor and control your USB and IP cameras and microphones from your Android device. Playback or delete captured movies, enable and disable alerts, control PTZ cameras, trigger remote actions, arm and disarm the system, text-to-speech through supported cameras and much more. iSpy supports over 1000 different makes and models of IP cameras, USB cameras, DVRs and other devices (Kinect, Desktop monitoring, Video File Sources etc).
iSpyConnect requires an install of iSpy on a windows PC (free). It is free to use over your local (wifi) network. Charges apply for remote access and alerting services. iSpyConnect requires a windows PC to install the iSpy open source software on and also requires an account on iSpyConnect to login and access your server.

How to install iSpyConnect APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download iSpyConnect APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.ispyconnect.ispy-v1.1-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

3 ★This is not an app as such, it's just a frame displaying their mobile website. It's okay, but would like to see a proper android app with motion tracking, local notifications and that sort of thing. But as is its a nice shortcuts to the website, even if it does impose some adverts that sometimes obstruct the controls.
1 ★I very rarely leave bad reviews but iSpy has really ****** me off this time! Here's why: Tap "settings" and nothing comes up (how am I supposed to configure things like alerts). Talk function is only through a Text-to-Speech engine (why do this if all phones have a mic). Digital zoom not available. List goes on... can't believe I paid for a subscription, why should I renew it when it basically just gives me remote access through a useless app. IMO better off using TeamViewer, unfortunately.
5 ★I just started playing around with an old webcam(10 years old) and found this software. Works well, I'm also using the integrated cam in my laptop (alienware 14). I just wish I could turn off the cam "on" lights while in use. I may go buy some more cheap webcams and set up a large network just for the neck of it, I'm using the free version btw. App on phone (HTC M8) works well too.
1 ★It works fine at home. But trying using my Ipad/android phone I got the message it isn't related. So searching why it seems to be you need yo pay "alot" for it, almost 100$ a year. And there isn't even a way to test it. Also sending a warning costs money. They could have warm me before installing/config. Everything So I will then use !remote Windows program so i can then see or remotely. And free! Funny as it is an openssl program they ate trying to win alot of money using it.lower the price first!!!!
5 ★iSpyConnect works and it works well. I am on vacation and staying in a hotel. Recently I noticed my locker door has not been totally shut and I make sure it is shut tight as I need to give it an extra push. I installed iSpyConnect on my laptop and their app on my cellphone so I can see what is going on in my room when I am out and the room is being cleaned. I have stayed in this hotel many times without any problems. However there is a new man on the cleaning crew, who works really hard but it was after he was hired I noticed the door not fully shut. I turned on iSpy and went to the lobby and watched. The three maids cleaned the room and left, then the guy came back and went straight to my locker and opened my backpack. I ran back to my room and he quickly closed my backpack and locker and said oh I am cleaning. He no longer works here and iSpyConnect prevented me from being robbed. Thanks.
3 ★Works. Only issue is I keep getting logged out every day, even with the "remember me" option selected. Also the settings doesn't work

5 ★AWEAOME App. You have to get your cameras working properly and you have to understand certain things about IP Cameras. Some ppl just don't get it.

2 ★Mobile app works fine viewing all the camera's for about 2 minutes, maybe less, then for no apparent reason it just stops. A lot of potential but needs to be fixed
1 ★Can't even log in, tried to reset my pw and it's asking for a country code, I type it in and it tells me wrong one. This all sucks!
