Be guided through a series of questionnaires that will help you better understand your knee health. Your knee function questionnaire score can guide you to a suggested workout program to improve your knee fitness and everyday function. Retake the knee function questionnaire in a month to check for improvement and see if you can progress to a more challenging workout program!
Every exercise in this app has animated pictures and tips that will guide you on how to perform them correctly with good technique. Do you have problems remembering to do your exercises? Make use of the alarm notification function under "My Workout", to help you remember your customised exercises!
Uncover common misunderstandings of knee osteoarthritis and learn how to better manage this condition, under our "Knee Facts" section. Test your understanding of knee osteoarthritis by trying our "Knee Quiz".
