En 1998 Daniel SURBON eu une vision le seigneur mis a son cœur d’ouvrir une Radio Chrétien dans le Nord de la Martinique, il avait déjà eu l’occasion d’animer des émissions chrétiennes sur d’autre radios culturelles.Daniel SURBON à témoigner à plusieurs reprises qu’il avait l’impression d’être une femme en situation d’enfantement avec tous les symptômes. Finalement il décida de faire les démarches nécessaires auprès de l’organisme d’Etat chargé d’attribuer les fréquences radio (CSA, Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel). Il leur adressa un courrier faisant part de son projet et son souhait d’obtenir une Fréquence pour la Gloire de Dieu.
Une quinzaine de jour plus tard il reçu une réponse Négative, le NOM était très claire, il n’y avait pas de fréquences disponibles !! Mais Dieu est Dieu ! Quand Dieu dit oui, l’homme peut dire non mais c’est toujours le dessein de Dieu qui se réalise.
