Description
The Mudra Art is an application which consists of a cross hair marker and various painting colors, which can be selected and leave a mark on the screen. The user moves his hand right or left and up and down and the cross hair marker follows. When the user applies fingertip pressure the cursorcreates a line; the thickness of the line is determined by the fingertip pressure, and the line gets thicker as the pressure increases.On the top of the screen there is a hot zone, with 4 colors and an eraser. When the cursor is on the hot zone, use gestures to navigate between colors and select new color, or erase the painting board.
The Game mechanics
* To move the cross hair left and right, move your forearm at a horizontal axis when it is parallel to the floor. Keep your elbow as anchor point. The black cross hair represents the location
* To move the cross hair up and down, move your forearm at a vertical axis where the reference point is when the hand is parallel to the floor. Keep your elbow as anchor point. The black cross hair represents the location
* To draw a line, simply apply pressure between your index finger and your thumb finger. * To make the line thicker, apply higher pressure
* To make the line thinner, apply lighter pressure
* To change colors, navigate to the hot zone on the top of the screen
o use the Index finger gesture and Thumb finger gesture to move left or right between colors.
o Select a color using the Middle-Tap gesture
o Navigate back to the “canvas” and continue painting
Playing the game
+ Move your hand left and right and up and down, the black cross hair will follow
+ Apply fingertip pressure to make a line
+ Increase or decrease fingertip pressure to control the width of the line
+ Move the cross hair to the hot zone at the top of the screen to change colors
+ Use the Index finger and Thumb gesture to move between colors.
+ Select a color in the hot zone using the Middle-Tap gesture
